When ordering a full new lift…

When ordering a full new lift suspension kit for my 4Runner, I reached out multiple times regarding questions I had with fitment and certain details on the products I was ordering. I did not receive any responses. When I placed my order, everything was listed in stock, ready to ship. I am contacted several days later telling me that one of the items is back ordered, despite everything I ordered listed as in stock. When I reach out half a dozen times to get some sense of timing on the back order, again no responses via email or call backs. I finally get ahold of someone that says the remaining shock on my order will be back in stock at the end of the week. I reach out the following Monday to ask if in fact the part is back in stock and shipping, as I had been told, and after calling multiple times and leaving messages I finally get ahold of someone that says they actually don’t have an estimate on when the final part of my order will be in stock. I then ask to cancel the remainder of my order to seek it out elsewhere. It takes another half a dozen calls and messages throughout the week to actually have that last part cancelled from my order. Also, throughout the entire process, I never received any shipping notifications for the parts that actually did show up, which seems like every single business, besides Mudify, provides their customers. Very disappointed with the immense lack of customer service and the total disregard for paying customers. This was my first order and will definitely be my last.

Well to start they ship with FedEx so…

Well to start they ship with FedEx so that's a red flag for your stuff not showing up and than it will take a million calls and so much frustration to try and find or receive the package it was the worst experience of my adult online ordering and I'm damn near 40 then trying to get refunds takes for ever as well and then they don't even return the invoiced amount making you call one million and one times I will never by parts from here again and word of advice source them from somewhere in town I could have had my suspension kit in a few days instead of a drawn out 2 month process with lost packages refunds and phone calls everywhere NEVER AGAIN

Great Experience

I had a great experience working with Samantha R. while exploring shock and strut options. I reached out via chat, and she took the time to walk me through my options in detail, explaining not just the differences between setups but also what I should be thinking about based on my goals for my truck - making sure I understood the trade-offs and what would actually work best for my use case.

Overall, it was a great experience and really shows that the Mudify team genuinely cares about their customers and is willing to go the extra mile to provide helpful, honest guidance. Highly recommend!

Accidentally ordered an item

Accidentally ordered an item, sent email to cancel right away (within 3 minutes) because there was no cancel option, they didn’t email me back until it had shipped and now I’m stuck paying return shipping on a heavy item that I don’t even want.

4Runner lift

Seamless experience from start to finish. Website is very informative, whether pricing your order together or going with a curated package. Miguel answered all my questions and helped me stop second guessing myself. Danny even sent me an email to let me know of an equipment failure. Which led to a very small delay. Never had that occur, ever. Everything that was supposed to be in the box was in the box. I am extremely satisfied with the finished product. Just caps off the journey perfectly. Definitely recommend. Using Mudify to get your questions answered and order your off-road suspension products.

Part hasn’t shipped

Part said in stock, I paid for shipping (3-5 business day) 7 days later still hasn’t left the warehouse and label is created. Now coming up on two weeks and same thing. Label created and sitting at the warehouse. I wrote them an email at the day 7 mark and Hector told me “ I’m writing to follow up on your order. You are absolutely correct—for some reason, it appears the package was not shipped out by the warehouse as scheduled.

Please accept my sincerest apologies for this oversight and all the inconveniences this has caused you. We are already working directly with the warehouse manager to ensure your package is processed and shipped out as soon as possible.”

Yet still nothing has changed since.

Mudify rocks!

website design and navigation is awesome. I’m a first time lift kit purchaser, so I thought it was great. Putting my Tacoma build together was easy and fun. Everything was shipped within a week and is all brand new Bilstein and Old Man Emu suspension products.
When the leaf springs showed as delivered, and they sure weren’t, I called the number and Hector answered. He assured me everything was fine and they were late, giving me the other tracking numbers I was missing. Seriously he was so awesome to talk to, very professional and reassuring.
A++ Mudify rocks man!

Missing important hardware, made right!

Had an issue with a bracket being missing from the lift kit I purchased and Daniel/Hector made it right by sending out a whole nother shock with the required hardware in the box. Great company with great people heading up their customer service team. Will order again when I inevitably decide to upgrade to the top of the line Bilsteins in the future.

Packaging

Everything about the product was great! Only thing that I would say needs work is shipping and/or handling. The box it came in was super flimsy I think I’d call it. The top end of the shocks made a hole on one end of the package. I’m not sure if the packaging was good but when it got to the fedex or is drivers it just wasn’t taken care or handled with care but yeah packaging could use a little more help.

Very fast shipping. Downhill from there..

Very fast shipping. The box was thrashed when I received it. That’s not 100% Mudify’s fault, however, the box was so poorly packaged and secured it was inevitable to be damaged. My main issue is that I clearly requested the coils to be installed and they weren’t. Frustrating…..
