Exceptional - ordered complete OME suspension kit for 2018 Tacoma, it arrived fast, well packaged and in good order. Mudify website made customizing and ordering my setup super easy. It had an illustrative feature that explained front and rear weight mods and recommended light, moderate or heavy springs to accommodate your needs. Great experience with this parts vendor, would use again and recommend!

Customer service was absolutely horrible, the product (2-3 day fast shipping) took over a total of 10 days for all parts to arrive. They were not helpful with getting the last part out late, and offered to overnight it at my expense. Also, the upper control arms they recommended (spc) come with the recalled ball joints. Moral of the story, if you have a trip or planning your own install, literally shop ANYWHERE else.

Had an issue with parts in a kit. My mechanic didn’t inventory the shipment until a month and a half after delivery. Mudify made a quick turnaround and shipped all party’s to me without a issue or another dollar spent! I was taken back by the amazing customer service! I am a customer for life.

Thank you Mudify for the awesome service! These guys had KING shocks in stock when everywhere else the lead time was over 3 months. Even received a followed up call from Eddie about my selection to ensure the parts selected would fit my build properly and received recommendations on different lengths of shocks to fit my setup and driving style.

Mudify was able to rectify a situation in which one of the parts to my lift kit was lost in the mail, and I was able to get a replacement with no headache. The customer service provided via phone was excellent. They gave me their undivided attention and upmost courtesy when addressing my needs. The parts provided are high quality, and my ride is much smoother now.
