Cardigan was exactly what I had been looking for. Excellent product and service.

I ordered two items on 30 december2025. I have still not received them. Every time I write I get a message thanking me for my patience and that my order is on the way.
I even received a questionnaire from them asking to rate their service.
I asked for a refund and got another “thank you for your patience” response.
I have subsequently received a note that I have to pay 65%of the total price on customs duties before I can receive my order.
I communicated this with them and - guess what? Got another thank you for your patience we are looking into it.
I have not heard back since.
This is appalling non service- shocking

I placed an order at the start of October 2025. The items were marked as 'Order Ready, Waiting for carrier to update tracking information' by the 5th of November. After many messages using their online support I realised the answer was always repeating a theme. Could I please check they had the correct delivery address. I did check and resupplied the address several times. Several times I asked that they concede that the order is not coming and a refund would be appropriate. The response is always a fresh request to check my delivery address - after which I get no reply.

This company are a complete and utter disgrace. I ordered a jacket in good faith last year october 2025, it is now 18th march 2026 and no sign of said jacket, no info as to where it is or will i ever receive, disgusting and if there was a minus star for reviews than they would get it....Dont even think of buying anything of this shower

If I could I'd give 0 this is a scam fake return address, fake phone number, keep sending the same email to me there is no customer service it's all a scam DON'T use this website or buy anything you won't get your money back Trust pilot should do something about this company and get it removed from the website.

These guys are a kind of thieves, they are getting the money and never deliver the prodicts

This webside it's a FRAUD!!!! Polyester material is not described at the time of purchase, and they don't allow returns. They offer you 15%, 25%, or 35% shop credit if you LIKE to return the purchase. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!

SCAM. Do not order, item never arrives, generic'tracking' emails sent. Do not use this company, it's a scam- have. been requesting a refund for 3 months.

The worst company ever. I ordered an item at the beginning of December that was supposed to be used on Christmas Eve. I never received it, and whenever I contacted their service, they sent me a standard reply saying it was on its way. I have written to them innumerable times saying that I want my money back, and every time I get a crappy standard reply. Never buy anything from here. Ridiculous company in China with unbelievably bad service. On their site it says that it is a company based in the Netherlands, and that is a lie.

Never received my order what I placed on last November! This is a SCAM big time!!!

Everything...it's unprofessional...very poor, shabby quality...and inaccurate fit/sizing.. unlike the pictures ...DO NOT buy anything from this site.....dodgy...n scam characteristics...
No reply for refund...I go caught big time..and i didn't even look up Trustpilot on time....

I bought a suit in October 2025. I have not received it yet and it’s now February 2026. I needed it for an event that took place in December 2025. I requested a refund because there is no point in getting the it anymore. I was told I can’t be refunded because it has already been out for delivery. It’s the 4th month and I have not heard anything about my suit. I wrote another complaint. I doubt it will he addressed that’s how poor their service is. I will never buy from them again. I want my money back. I am utterly disappointed.

Won't let me return an item or give a refund. They keep offering store credit. Never want to shop with them again so why would I want store credit.

Have stolen my money and holding me to ransom effectively.

Ordered 5 items Nov 2025. All 5 items wrong size. Rubbish Customer Service automated responses. Eventually told I would receive replacements within 6 days. Nothing has arrived after 1 month.

Do not buy from this company. I ordered a top on 25 th November 2026. Nothing has arrived. I have written to ask for a refund. I’m waiting for a reply. It’s a scam.

It’s a scam. Steer clear. Product received is not what you ordered in the picture. Terrible customer service. Automated replies. They look like they are French but they are Chinese. Waited 6 weeks for delivery of a scrap of fabric that did not resemble the jacket I purchased for €70! Scam scam scam!

My order was placed and paid for in November. Nothing arrived and there was no communication. When I made contact with their customer service I received a generic email response. I have requested a refund and keep getting the same generic message back. Money down the drain.

This wool sweater didn’t need layering underneath, which surprised me. I wore it directly on skin and stayed comfortable the whole day.

I have never had such a poor customer experience. I asked for a refund and after lots of emails back and forth where the company offered that I could keep the product and in return could get discount off another item ( starting at 15 % working up to 60%). I politely refused and explained that I wished to return the item. I had to send the item to Hong Kong (at my expense) which I tracked. An attempt to deliver the item was made, no one appeared in the flat. Not looking good. I am still waiting for my refund - so the costs of postage plus the item itself means that I. feel totally scammed.

Tried to return but I have now received
A number of emails from an automated message offering between 15% discount and now offering 70% discount!
I just want to return this awful coat and get my refund!!
