low quality, arrived a month later than it should have, impossible to return

The item send for $71 is absolutely the worst item of clothing I have ever seen. The fabric is terrible as is the workmanship. I shop in thrift shops, including good will and i have made my own clothes. I have never seen anything this terrible. I don’t even deem it worthy for donation.
I have contacted the company for a refund. We will see how that goes

Finally gave up on trying to get a refund since November 17 the for a faulty product. Don’t go anywhere near them.

Sells good quality at a good price. Can only be recomnended to all others.

Good quality clothing.I bought a dress for my wife she loves it and is a perfect fit.I bought a medium she is a small to medium.

Nana ordered a jacket. Arrived two sizes too small. Keep offering more and more store credit but refuse to provide a refund or return details.

Terrible company. Ordered in november- didn't arrive- shipping doesnt update and they just sent the same generic response. A scam, do not order anything.

Ordered begin of October 2025. As of 11 Jan 2026. I have not received the bag I ordered or my money back. Not trust worthy.

Absolute scam, I bought a mans jacket in November '25,its now middle of January '26, still no jacket, it was s xmas gift. Customer services just fobbed me off,no refund given. Stay away, scam artists

I have just received a GPS tracker for a cat. The picture clearly shows an Apple AirTag, but instead I have received a Chinese Smart Tag that can be bought on Temu for 50 DKK. Fraud and nonsense

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! - As other people have said, I should have read the reviews before buying from this company. I ordered a jumper which arrived and was the most appalling quality I have ever seen and also nothing like the picture on their website. I have emailed them for a returns form and heard nothing back. So it looks like my money has gone down the drain.

Müller Mode is practically a scam. They send low quality goods and then drag the return and refund with endless emails hoping that the client finally gives up.

I ordered what was described as a luxury cashmere jumper and was sent a cotton spandex garment which is if no use to me. The company offered me a store discount off next purchase but would not send a discount code.
Wouldn't buy anything from them again.

I ordered and payed my item on 03/12/25 ,never had any info about it...i also payed extra for watching the progress of my package.
Still waiting for it and the answer to - at least 10 - my emails is always automated and the same:
"send us your address details"
It's a big scam!!! I asked for a refund and i get :
"send us your address details"...again and again!
But this is a robbery...they took money for something they never delivered to me!

Good morning, the problem I have is that your company doesn’t keep me updated on the progress of my order. I placed an order on the 29/12/2025 and have no idea when I will receive my purchase.

I ordered a Zara coat as advertised, but upon arrival the material was of very poor quality as thin as paper and it didn’t have any Zara label. It was also too big for my wife, so I emailed the company to ask for a return form and was offered to keep the product and a credit note instead but only for 15%. I declined and asked again to be sent the return label, I did this 5 times and kept getting offered a discount. I did not want to buy anything else due to its poor quality. I was then informed that it would cost me a lot to return the product not in my interest but I proceeded as I had spent £50. I find out the company is based in Netherlands but you have to return the product to Hong Kong. I did this tracked and the package was not accepted at the address provided, does it even exist?? Then the package got returned to me!!
I would never buy anything from this company they are false advertising and are using cheap labour, they are very dodgy. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY.

Do not buy from this crowd of scammers! I have had the same result as someone else - a polyester shirt instead of one made of linen. I too wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. The website looks convincing, but is a big rip-off. I am trying to get a refund but they are asking for photographs or a video of the shirt and they will see what they can do..... I've given one star as it's the only way to be able to write a review. So annoyed!

I ordered a sweater from this Company. When it arrived I tried it on and it was to big. I informed them I was returning it back to them. I sent it with Royal Mail tracking service. I am still waiting for my refund. They are ignoring all my emails. This has been going on for 5 weeks. Terrible company.

If I could give a minus figure I would. Shocking and BIG SCAM. Nothing like description, wrong material, wrong size. Trying to get refund but only offering discount. You must be joking if you think I would put in another order with them. How the hell do these people get away with such deliberate deception.
