I ordered from this company a leather jacket item. What I got from this company, the shittiest quality of a coat, not made of leaether. When I made the reclamation, they only wrote, I will have 15% discountnfrom another items, i would like to buy..I am afraid, if i wanna buy any other stuffs, mqybe a T- shirt, I will get a nylon underwear, hole near to my ass...so mainly, if anybody has a wish to buy from them, forget that, and try some responsiblefull company..they are big cheaters...
Poor quality and poor service!
Payment was taken from my account without proof of order or a receipt being sent. Having contacted customer service, I eventually received an email with order tracking. When item arrived, it was not the same as pictured on the website and definitely not the quality you would expect of a dress costing EUR 260! Fabric is very filmsy, and colour washed out. I wrote to request a return label and refund. Was asked to prove my complaint by sending photos, Was then offered a 15% store credit and keep the dress. Have replied to request a full refund. Am now being ignored despite multiple follow ups!
Not Cashmere at all…
Just received my ordered item to find it wasn't cashmere but 95% cotton 5% elastane and not as advertised. It also looked cheap quality even though it was described as luxury. Not happy at all, asking for a full refund so will see how that goes

Misleading description of Mueler Mode product
I ordered a Mueler Mode 'Nico' jumper, I quote "made from premium materials such as merino wool and cashmere'.
What I received today was a cheap 100% polyester (as per the label) garment, in breach of the UK sale of goods act 1979.
Do not trust this brand.
Complete garbage
Complete garbage. Got 4 items all complete crap. Company stands behind ZERO. If you write a few times, you will FINALLY get a response and then get caught in their trap of wasting your life with questions that are irrelevant to the purchased. Just dispute the charge immediately and try to return the items. They are awful and legal scammers .
Made the mistake of not googling before…
Made the mistake of not googling before i ordered. An out-and-out scam website who will send you any old rubbish (weeks later) just so that they have "evidence" that they have delivered an item.
In my case i spent £64 on a "set" of snowflake christmas lights. Weeks later (they cite 2-4 day delivery) i received a miserable, broken single light with it's wires cut. Looked like it had been stolen.

Absolutely awful . What I ordered & what I received are way off. Christmas lights didn’t even have a plug. Exposed plug . Have sent emails for return & keep getting offers for in store credit . Just automated email responses.

I ordered a coat on the 16th October and the money went out of my account on that date. As yet I have Not received my order despite many emails. This is now 26th of November
Awful quality, no response on refund request
My daughter ordered a navy puffer jacket, what arrived was awful, shapeless and cheap and did NOT look like the images shown of the product. We have tried several times to get a refund but customer service is not responding .
Fraudulent Misrepresentation of Goods
This business is not based in the Netherlands, despite the contact information. It is based in China and goods are dispatched from China. When complaining about the product received versus the product advertised the customer service representatives are incapable of dialog. They do not engage other than to respond with standardised responses in English offering escalating discounts to encourage the customer to keep the goods. A 100% cashmere sweater has zero % cashmere content. The received goods bare no resemblance to that advertised. The business is in breach of selling laws and therefore operating fraudulently. Under international consumer protection principles, sellers are legally required to ensure that goods sold online match their description. Supplying items that are misrepresented may constitute a breach of contract, false advertising, or consumer fraud, and buyers are typically entitled to remedies without further expense.
No Refund for a Useless Purchase
They shipped me a game camera without a memory card. The one that might fit in the camera is unusually smalll and I was unable to buy one from another source. Their customer service can't send me a memory card. Rather than refunding my purchase price, they keep offering me a bigger discount off of a new item. They say I can return the original item but the shipping and duty I would have to pay are equal to the cost of the camera. I seem to be talking to a bot at customer service because no human would suggest I spend more money to buy something else when the first thing has to go in the trash.

Products not as advertised, cheap shoddy materials, long wait, have to pay for returns to CHINA! (not as it seemed on website a Netherlads company) all in all a waste of time and money. BEWARE
False advertising…
They advertise orthopedic shoes but it is not. No support or padding on the sole. No point in offering a money back guarantee if you have to send it back to China. The courier costs are almost the same price as the shoes. Stay away.
Do not buy anything from these thieves
Total scam site. I paid for leather boots and what arrived, after 6 weeks, we're the cheapest, most ugly plastic boots I've ever seen. Quite funny really!

Bad bad awful experience
First of all the company I thought are in Netherlands but import cheap quality coats from China. My order took 20 days to arrive, I don’t mind but when opened package was wrinkled not right size much smaller, no tag to indicate the size, and the sleeves short. Asked for my refund of 85 pounds they declined instead want to give me 15 percent off next purchase. There won’t be next purchase as I won’t shop again from them Never had to deal with anything like that before. No one I ordered from declined my return. Don’t know what to do!

i bought an autumn jacket from this shop which appears to operate in China. It took about 8 long weeks to receive it. it came with poor quality, wrong size and description, and even difficulty in returning the item and receiving a refund.
It is not a good shop/company and would not recommed it to anyone.

Wrong colour received
I was promised 3-5 day free delivery. I had not been advised the product was from China.
I first had to pay duty to South Africa. The product was only released in China after I paid
I ordered red trainers. They sent grey ones. They've made half hearted offers of discount on my next purchase - and I can keep the shoes to save me the cost of having to return the shoes. It's their error Why should I pay to return it. I've told them I either want the RED shoes I ordered or my money refunded. I do not want the grey ones and will gladly return them if the send me a "return paid" voucher.
Now they've gone quiet on me.
