Lovely Staff, coffees and pastry - the Harrow store I visit is clean. The problem has been the lack of air conditioner for the last 2 months which makes the coffee shop seem like a sauna - a lot of friends/family prefer other cafes with AC as a result. Customer services are totally not responsive.

Great coffee but table was dirty. Floors was disgustingly dirty just could do with a good clean.

Staff are awfully rude and continuously get everyone’s orders wrong. Ever since new people have taken over it has gone down hill. I wouldn’t recommend at all! won’t be returning

From the plethora of food outlets in the Aberdeen Union Square and surrounding area I normally choose Muffin Break. Unfortunately, today I made the mistake of ordering the Yorkshire Pudding Breakfast Wrap to eat in. Let’s skip the fact that after being reheated it was screaming hot on the outside but still chilled on the inside (health hazard?).
There was no mention on the description that this product contained BBQ sauce, but this was the only flavour from this product and was so desperately sweet that sugar tax should have been applied. The lack of any texture of the filling only emphasized the obnoxious use of MRM sausages and the was no hint of any bacon.
When I queried this with the staff it was apparent that they really could not give a damn and the manager who was sat next to us said nothing so obviously shared the same opinion.

I will not be using again

Since moving to Berks I often pop into
our local branch in Reading, the kids love their cake slices and I’m just in love with there freshly grounded coffee!

The Muffin Break in High St Chelmsford is by a million miles the best coffee place we know, ANYWHERE. The staff are always hyper friendly and helpful, always warm and cheery and remember clients from previous visits. The coffee is fantastic but the piece de resistance is the carrot cake. Ab huge portion, moist cake with astounding icing. The other outlets here charge way more for much smaller poorer quality offerings. Love this place.

Staff are rude,so is Saher! We ordered a latte and a hot chocolate. The coffee was basically hot milk and the hot chocolate the same, they were luke warm and ended up binning it. We put it down to a bad experience and went back one Saturday, same again - so rude and unhappy to be there. Spoke to a few people locally and it's become known that the staff dont know what they are doing, clearly hate their jobs because they look so miserable and that shows with the coffee because it doesn't taste good at all.

It's a shame because it's a great spot to grab a coffee whilst shopping.

Good food , friendly staff . Only gripe cheese and onion toastie is pickle not onion . Allergy labels important. Muffins always taste of silicone too

Muffinbreak Wigan. New management seems to be a problem. Staff look unhappy. Most of the old staff disappeared. Food offer not as good - not the same variety, or at least not consistent. Tea tastes cheap and nasty - cheap teabags? Certainly not the ‘Birchall’ tea displayed on board, so they are flouting advertising standards. Manager always staring and/or texting on his phone when not serving.

The pleasant atmosphere has gone.

I went for an interview and it’s ridiculous, i had one interview saying i smashed it and had to come in for another interview once again i went through that interview with good results and got to the trial stage the shift was good 8-2 unpayed work i gave them my hard labour for no money at all, she said it went amazing and that i need to speak to the other manager as well before starting! i waited for them to get back to me and contacted them, they left me with nothing except being left on read, haven’t bothered to say anything or even a no sorry you didn’t get the job! using children for easy hard labour, ridiculous!

Went into High Wycombe Muffin Break and ordered a pot of tea with my family who were visiting from Australia. I got scalded as the teapot lid did not fit properly and boiling hot tea poured over my hand. Unfortunately I did not report this at the time. However we returned a few days later and I ordered a pot of tea again and mentioned what happened before. I was told that all the teapots were like that and to put my finger onto the lid so the tea didn't pour over the top. I pointed out that you couldn't do this as the stainless steel pot was boiling hot.'There's nothing I can do about it' was the reply. This girl glared at me and rolled her eyes before turning to her colleagues and did the same. I said that I was not impressed with her attitude and would be complaining about it. She looked at me as if she wasn't bothered! To top it off when the tray arrived the teacups were quite badly stained so we asked for them to be changed and was told that all of them were the same. Perhaps the dishwasher needs checking or give them a scrub before putting them in.
MUFFIN BREAK, YOU NEED DECENT TEAPOTS!!!

Rude and visually annoyed staff, as in rolling eyes, went in for a muffin and coffee midday to catch my breathe during shopping.I walk with a stick-due to MS, Long Covid, and after effects of 45 days in a coma in ICU.No one offered to carry tray or assist.

Stopped off for a mid morning break last Saturday at the Birmingham Bull Ring store. Friendly and helpful staff with a very nice coffee and cake.

Terrible service went into Nottingham had a cooked breakfast,when the breakfast came to the table there was no knife and fork so I went to the counter to ask for one the staff looked straight through me as if I should of not ask,when I went back to the table I looked round and the staff were standing staring at me, I didn’t ask for anything that was wasn’t expected in a cafe it was just rude. on a brighter note the breakfast was lovely
