I purchased the DNA test kit to see my genetics and how my body functions. The eye opener for me was seeing that I have a fast metabolism but my body doesn’t absorbs saturated fats very well. When I reduced saturated fats and started eating a higher protein intake because my body has a good response to protein I started to loose weight quickly alongside an exercise plan. It’s really good to also see vitamins deficiency and to change the way you fuel your body. I would highly recommend purchasing one of these kits to start to understand your body and to help you support your body.

I’ve had my DNA & Epigenics tested and just got my results back -
as 61yrs old…. I’m 51yrs old!

I’ve known for a long time, that my health was deteriorating because I had so much stress in my life for the last 20yrs.

To look at me, people always assumed I was early 40’s because I looked young, had good skin, long healthy hair and my energy & outlook was good.

I knew I was good at hiding (to myself) how I was truly starting to feel within.

I was tired, wasn’t as upbeat, brain-fog and my skin not as soft and just really starting to feel old.

I don’t drink alcohol but I smoked to help my stress levels, and I was eating more & more junk food to make my life easier.
