About Muista

Muista is a home office furniture design brand behind the original Muista chair concept. Founded in Vilnius, Lithuania, in 2017 by designer Aurimas Lažinskas and his cousin Gytis Staras, Muista's aim is to change the approach of long sitting at work desks, to encourage flexibility and movement and make sitting a more enjoyable experience.
Introduced for the first time at the Habitare 2018 design fair in Helsinki, Finland, Muista achieved big interest and positive feedback, both from health professionals and members of the public. Since then it was successfully showcased at various design fairs including Cologne (IMM), Paris (Maison & Objet), Vienna, Zürich, Hamburg (Blickfang), and sold the Muista ergonomic desk chair to hundreds of happy customers.

It was such a relief for my back to sit on a muista and on a jojiko chair, as well! The cute and functional chairs, although weren't cheep, were worth every pennie. Pleasant experience from the beginning
Pleasant experience from the beginning. I already had an ergonomic chair (full size, i.e., big), so I was not in the market for a new one. I put it on a tentative buy list to sit for some months and ultimately decided to buy it as I read positive reviews. They shipped it within two days and I received it in 2 days after that. The quality is excellent, it looks beautiful in my space, it fits under the desk when I'm not using it. And, most importantly, it is comfortable and doing good things for my back.

Excellent communication
Excellent communication; delivered on time; great packaging--minimal and fully protective of the. So far, loving the sitting experiences. I's early on, but I think the chair is a great addition to our desk and vintage FluidStance balance boards foir standing desk time, Variety and quality for LIFE!!

I love my new Muista chair
I love my new Muista chair. It's so pretty and well-made. The customer service was great and shipping time was as promised. I do find the cushion a bit hard after sitting on it for awhile. I am slowly increasing the time I use the chair each day.

Great chair, great service.
Shipping was much faster than expected and the correspondence via e-mail was super friendly and helpful! The chair was easy to assemble and ist comfortable to sit on. Couldn't be happier.

Love the chair, Arrived quickly, packed well and despite getting a discount due to "too much varnish"
