Excelent customer service. I had an issue with one of the products and they promptly helped me to figure it out without any issues or delays.

Excellent store. They stock a large number of brands, whose own websites charge an arm and a leg for shipping, and leave you to deal with EU customs. With Mukama, they're literally a click away.

Cherry on top, even though the delivery company has lost our package, they are providing much better customer service than the delivery company in remediating the issue.

I received a defective product and the support contact (Ali) did his best to figure out the situation as fast as possible. A replacement was shipped right away without me needing to send in the damaged bag.

They had the backpack I wanted. I am very pleased with it and would definately purchase from the store again. One thing... make sure you pay a bit extra for DHL and you will get the item in just a few days, the alternative is to wait for over a week (for that nice thing) via GLS postal service.

Mukama are an absolutely outstanding online retailer of travel goods and essential items. I have bought two Able Carry backpacks from them, and their service is exemplary. Rapid delivery, very frequent communication, fair prices and they take care of customs, import-duties etc. An absolutely first-rate company.

My first experience of Mukama. They had my “grail” knife in stock. I ordered and it was shipped exactly when they said. My package arrived in the Uk less than 2 days later! Great experience, great website. 10/10

I ordered the product on Sunday evening and tried to cancel via their email process on Monday evening at 9pm.
I had a response on Tuesday at 11:02 that the order was shipped on Monday but a technical issue marked it down as being still being outstanding.
The customer service clarified everything and refunded me the shipping costs and the difference in price of the product.
Five stars for going above and beyond in customer service.

My last order from the company has been a complete nightmare. Since 29/November I have not received my order. When I informed them about the situation the told me they will check back to me when they would have new information from the shipping company that was on 12/December. Now at 16/December I still have no answer.
Edit: in the end everything was resolved they even refunded me the shipping cost. Have not received yet my order but hopefully soon that will also be fixed.

They are one of the very few stores in Europe that sell Able Carry backpacks, and both of my backpacks I bought through them. So I guess it makes me a satisfied returning customer :)

About the website itself, one on the best selection in Bags, pouches and EDC in Europe for sure, only quality product and brands. Received the orders I made in 1 day per DHL. (I'm in France). Can't ask for more to be honest. You can purchase and pre-order @Mukama without any questions.

Reached out to Mukama, which got back to me instantly. They shipped a new knife, even before I sent my old one back. Absolutely outstanding level of service. 10/10.
