Thanks for your review and bringing to our attention the fact that you have not yet received your purchase. As we shipped the product on 04/08/2021 and forwarded the tracking information for the carrier Parcelforce via automated email for you on the day of dispatch, having not received any communication from yourself regarding the fact that you had not received the purchase almost 3 weeks later we had no idea that we were required to give an explanation about something we were completely unaware of. However looking into the tracking information it is showing that the shipment is on its way back to us as the intended addressee had failed to collect from Parcelforce after numerous failed attempts to deliver to the shipping address provided? We will chase up Parcelforce to find out when we are to expect the return of the shipment and we will contact you via email regarding arranging the reshipping of the product.

Waited a long time for the large Venetian mirrored jewellery box for my daughter’s 40th birthday. Due to Covid there were delays getting to their warehouse. Had you emailed prior to the review regarding the situation we could have looked into the issue for you, we can assure you that the product has not been the subject of a return from a previous customer.As the listing states the item comes pre finished with the aged/distressed appearance. It is also supplied from the manufacturer in 3 pieces, 2 separate antlers and the main body(head) to allow for reduced packaging requirements and far less risk of damage in transit. Had to return a dress unfortunately for me it just didn’t suit me. Soon picked up an alternative staff were helpful but not pushy. Changing room available very pleased with quality and pricing.
