Product not as described and photographed. Various emails, several phone calls and no clear guidelines as to how to return. Lovely things but very disappointed and because of lack of customer service will not be buying from them aagain

Thanks for your comments. We are sorry that you have experienced poor after service. Unfortunately you experienced a product change that the manufacturer implemented without our knowledge, but that does not excuse our poor after service, as we are trying to return to normal working conditions we have experienced one or two teething issues with staffing levels which has meant slower and less effective responses but these are being addressed and improved upon as we move forward. It is unfortunate and we can only apologise for the human error issues you have experienced due to previous constraints on the operating of our small business . Please accept our apologies and we are sorry that you feel that you will not consider us again in the future.

Lovely products sadly poor after sales service
There are some lovely products which I’ve purchased and on the whole have been very pleased with but with 2 of my orders there have been issues and I’m sorry to say the after sales service is very poor. The latest issue is still outstanding I purchased the marble noughts and crosses board which arrived but with no noughts and crosses. I phoned and then sent 2 emails abs the second one was answered in which I received an apology and advised the missing items would be posted within 24 hours and that was 8 days ago!

Thanks for your comments. We are sorry that you experienced poor aftersales service on this particular occasion, like many small businesses we are readjusting to having our retail outlet reopen. Looking at our records we have had several orders from you and can see that the first issue before this was regarding a piece of glassware which was damaged in transit and was replaced for you. But we can only apologise for the delay in replacing the missing piece of your purchase and unfortunately can only put it down to human error. Please accept our sincerest apologies and can assure you our service levels are now returning to a more than reasonable level still allowing for the many constraints that are still in place.
