Have been trying to order this ornament since last year. Emailed the company who advised it was out of stock & deliveries were 5 months behind because of COVID. Eventually ordered and it was delivered within a week. Arrived very well packaged. Absolutely delighted with ornament. Great quality and well made. Very happy with service - 1st class.

We are sorry that you feel our service was less than favourable this time , we have done our best to make people aware via the information available on our website regarding the current situation and processing and delivery limitations due to working, with literally no staff. We are not quoting COVID as such but it has affected how we currently operate.
Looking into the matter a little deeper we do have a facility to enter note details onto the order sheet to allow us to help if we can. Had there been a note on your order which you placed on the 19/03 to service a Birthday on 20/03 was to say the least cutting it a little fine, but had we known we would have done our best to come up with something to try and help.

Great little boutique
Came across this shop on Insta, after seeing lynsey queen of clean wearing a lovely jumpsuit. They do some gorgeous clothing and shoes at reasonable prices.
The jumpsuit is so comfy to wear, albeit a little longer in the leg (I'm only 5.3ft).
Just received the white and gold trainers for mothers day....so comfy.
Looking forward to taking a trip to their shop once lockdown is finished.
