14 hr wait and left me short coins
I've been using mule factory for a while and it was quick and easy but recently they made me spend hours to verify even though I've been purchasing all the time, then instead of the usual 2-3 hour wait I was waiting 14 hours for my purchase and to top it all off when I was told it was finished they didn't give me the full order, not as good as they used to be. I'd strongly advise you go somewhere else.

We are sorry for the inconvenience but unfortunately technical issues in our delivery system is impossible to anticipate. This rarely happens and we are of course trying to fix the issue as soon as possible but it might take a while.
As a result of the issues, the final amount was less, but we can fix this if you contact our livehelp. Due to the inconvenience, we will provide an additional 50k coins with the next order and we would sort out the remaining 20k coins as well.
We understand that verification is an inconvenience but we have our reasons to ask for such informations and you can always hide any sensitive information. You can read more about it why we ask and how it is processed in our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy on our site. Required verification is very common on sites nowadays when you purchase something.

Failed transaction
I made a transaction using "mercado pago" but somehow my order was still at the cart and the payment, even though I received a confirmation e-mail, appeared to have not been processed. The Mulefactory support told me that it usually fails because it as bank transaction or something like that and that I'll probably receive my money back soon.
Even though the problem was not solved at the moment it was a very good support
