After reading your ticket log, your ticket first was closed with an answer to your question. You re-opened the ticket and didn't write anything in it so our agents closed it after a while as they thought it was re-opened accidentally. Then you reopened it but wrote in the ticket this time and the agents answered your question again. Nowhere near 5 times closing it without answer.
