Matt has been helping me on my weight loss journey for a while now. my insurance covers ozempic but I have plateaued on that so now I’m trying the generic zepbound. Mathew is so sweet and helpful always making sure everything goes smoothly for me
Matt has been great. He’s been helping me for several months now he’s always had great advice and he’s very quick to get my appointment set up and my medication out to me on time. He’s very caring and considerate. He truly cares about the patient he’s helping. I thank him for making sure I’m on the right track.
My journey with MMRX has had its ups and downs. Upon signing up for this protocol I was paired with a care coordinator who left after two weeks. I was then paired with another care coordinator and continued to experienced difficulties, receiving product, support, and feedback. I have since been placed with a 3rd care coordinator. Fingers crossed!! 🤞
However, most recently I was able to speak with Matt. I have texted and spoken with Matt on a couple of occasions and find him to be supportive, knowledgeable, and most importantly, willing to take the time to talk to a customer. I appreciate his willingness to support customers , provide insight, and kindness.

Actually, to tell you the truth, when I first went with you, I wouldn't have given you one star, because Kathleen and Netta treated me terrible and acted like I had stole medicine and that I picked it up and that I have the medicine and that I was trying to get more medicine. That's what they were treating me like and accusing me of. Then I met Matt. If Matt had not called me back, I would have went with another company, but thank God for Matt, he saved the day.!!! He has been absolutely wonderful, patient, kind and knows how to treat people! I'm so glad that he took the time to actually call me back and straighten things out because when I hung up from nedda , I was so upset , I was just gonna leave the company , get my money back and forget it!!! Then Matt called and solved it all!! I am so thankful for Matt!!!
My experience started out well, but soon became problematic. I started receiving emails from my “support” person, which I replied to with general questions. I never received any response. I contacted them directly through the website, no response. I called and said I wanted to close my account and did not want anymore shipments. Today I see that another shipment has been sent and I have been charged. This has been one of my worse experiences dealing with a company. Extremely bad customer service. I’m still trying to get my money returned. I would not recommend this company when there are so many reputable and responsive companies.

I received my package today..I opened it but didn't see any medication...I immediately texted Marissa and she called me right back to explain the medication is already preloaded in the syringe. I received the dosage she said that I'd receive, within 1 week, just a she said; I've lost 12 pounds in this 1st month. Also, I started my second month yesterday, and the meds for this month arrived on time, exactly as Neda said they would.
Neda's communication with me, has been unmatched by ANY healthcare professional whom I experienced; She is EXCEPTIONAL!
Additionally, she follows up with me each week. She takes about 15-20 minutes with me and it doesn't matter if I call or send a text to her, she ALWAYS responds promptly.

Stay away from this company! I received my initial order quickly, but it was incorrect. Wrong medication and wrong dosage. I was assigned four different "customer service representatives" and yet I only received any type of actual correspondence from the first one. She said "I'll talk with my boss". That's the last I heard from her. I was then passed to three more customer service reps and all I could get from them was the initial "I'm your customer service rep". It is now 9/8/25 and I still don't have the correct order. I'm filing complaints with BBB and writing reviews everywhere in order to try to warn people about this company. I should have read more reviews.
I have used other products and this company is far superior in their customer support, pricing and product packaging. For those that are not used to using injections the vials are prefilled and easy to use. A pleasure to work with my representative for the company
By far, this is the best GLP1 company that I’ve worked with. I filled out the questionnaire, got a text immediately from Ray telling me that he would be my contact with his direct number, and my product arrived three days later. They give you $100 off your first order and then are also about $100 cheaper per month than any other company that I’ve worked with.
