Really liked the bunk bed. Quality of wood is great. Excellent Customer service by Alex. Certainly recommend. Only feed back is Packing would have been better.

We bought the Compact Twin Sofa Bed and Cabinets Wall System. Upon making an online purchase we were assigned a sales rep to help us through the process. We were pleased and surprised when notified of this by email! Our sales Rep, "Alex" has been incredibly helpful with our questions and follow up. Our transaction is not yet fully complete (due to making a fabric/upholstery exchange that is still pending) but we have every expectation, based on all steps along the way so far, that this step will also go well. The delivery could not have been better; Alex was a big help in getting us through this as well. The packaging of the products/materials is exceptional. The quality of the unit is top notch. The engineering sensitivity that has gone in to the product and packing speaks for itself. These folks know what they are doing & are good at it. BTW, I am not a paid spokesperson-- just a very satisfied customer!!

The packaging of the item is so good it is guaranteed to have no issues on delivery. I was very impressed with the quality of the beds and the instructions. I was alittle nervous about ordering as I never heard of this company before. Because of the description I decided to take a chance. I have been so pleased with the cabinet trundel bed set that I ordered the bunkbed set for my other grandaughters. Again Excellent quality!!

Excelent quality, easy to assemble and super practical bed. We use this t as a guest bed in our living room and couldn’t be happier with it.

My whole family absolutely love this bed! Excellent quality, very steady. Worth every penny! Looking into buying another piece of furniture from this seller.
TIP: pay for installation. Pieces are very heavy.

The unit is fantastic. Love it for a very small space which is my daughter's room. Delivery was a little difficult as dropping a huge crate on the curb in NYC and then figuring how to get it upstairs was tough. They recommend two people, but you really need three and two should be pretty big guys. Working with representative Alex was great. He was accommodating and always available. They should open a store in NYC!!!!!

Great sales service, and a really great product. We really love it.
The only thing that I found really challenging, was the actual delivery of the product to our house (we live in a condo). The products we ordered arrived on very large pallets, and they were extremely heavy! And in my case once it got to the local delivery company they did not provide threshold delivery as we were expecting. We were very lucky to have delivery guys that were nice and were able to at least roll the pallet into our garage space.
But overall experience was great, and the price and quality of the product are really amazing! I would definitely purchase from Multimo in the future.

The bed is gorgeous, as shown in the pictures.
But it is VERY heavy and putting it together is by no means easy. It takes a lot of work and the instructions are difficult to follow.
We also think that the bed is unnecessarily heavy, a problem in its design.
All in all, it is not worth 3K. You can find other very similar bunk beds for half the price.
