Shipping had stopped working and cannot get any help meaning the company has come to a standstill looking for an Alternative quick solution and i paid upfront for a year in december.
Great for multichannel sellers
Everything syncs perfectly between Shopify, eBay, and Etsy. Support is fast and helpful, and new updates keep improving our workflow. Highly recommend!
I really like Multiorders!
I really like Multiorders. There are indeed a few buggy things, especially since I use Ecwid, which is no longer supported with updates. But in general, I am happy working with it. The chat function is not always the quickest way to get a response. I find that a short message by email has Donatas sorting things out for me in a flash. There are a few more functions that I would love to see in the future. I hope they continue to support and improve it.
Customer service is ignoring me
I was using a free account to manage my inventory. They have now removed the free option and my small business can't afford to use this service so I have decided to delete my account. The problem is when I go on my account to delete it the only page I can access is the subscriptions page. I have been trying to talk to customer services to get my account deleted but they are ignoring me.

That is the most abandoned service from the owners I ever seen.
You should regularly keep in touch because it's glitchy and you should keep an eye every time, because it can send order to Amazon FBA, but actually, that was fake and nothing was sent.
We have told them so many times to fix so easy-to-fix bugs, such as a COPY button for orders. But the copy function does not work, however, the button for this exists.
Promising service with lot of useful functions, but you are always at risk of missing another hidden glitch that can turn your business into the big trouble
REAL FEEDBACK
Increased prices from £35/month to £49/month this is a 40% Price Increase WITHOUT increasing quality or even just maintaining your already established quality. There are so many bugs littered through-out, stock reminders haven't worked in 10+ months, this was acknowledged by their own support, and could be longer considering it was broken when I started my subscription. You don't add any new Integrations (Still waiting on TikTok Shop, one of the biggest ecommerce platforms on the internet right now!)
I used your site exclusively for Stock Syncing and Limiting listed items, but you don't offer any modularity in your service, what I would be using from your service is not worth £49/m. It just isn't. You are nearly 3x the cost of the competition, either offer more pricing modularity so people can actually pay for what they use or lower your pricing, why would I pay for Automation, Labels/Manifest, Customer Management etc when I'm not using any of these parts of your service?
As of today I have cancelled my subscription, I can't overlook a ton of issues when you are trying to take more money out of my already struggling pockets.

He uploaded an incorrect .csv file and made all of our shop inventory across multiple channels 0! This affected our sales as everything was showing as out of stock.
Luckily we had a recent copy of the inventory quantity so our staff stayed behind working hours to manually update the inventory for hundreds of products, as the integration sync can take up to a day to fully sync for bulk orders.
Had we not had the inventory report, it means you have to manually count all your stock again… and we have hundreds of thousands…
Donatas gave a vague apology trying to blame us, then started ignoring all of our messages.
Customer service was good in the past when Marius (the developer) actually cared for this business. I have been a long time customer for years… seriously disappointed!

Bug bugs and more repetitive bugs
We use multiorders for one year now to automatically fulfill etsy orders from our Amazon stocks. The idea of paying for a third party is to automate the process which worked fine for the first 6 months. Then suddenly the API broke. Since then it's been a nightmare. The API is constantly breaking every week. We get the same trivial and repetitive bugs over and over again. Support often don't respond, or give very casual answers and never follow up with fixes or updates. I requested a meeting with management on multiple occasions which was ignored and told them I would write a review if nobody would intervene so here I am. I had too much patience with them company.
Effective and super accurate inventory system
I am using MultiOrders to manage my multi platform bossiness.
As a jewelry seller I need to manage a lot of SKU's and to be sure that my inventory is updated simoultansely in all platforms.
MultiOrders make a great job.
Above all this the support are great and very very helpful.

Multiorders has changed the game
Multiorders has changed the game in my experience, which spans the last three years. In our company, we use multiorders to create our shipping labels as well as sell and distribute goods across several marketplaces. The user interface is constantly improving, and new features are being added all the time.
Before multiorders, our procedures required hours of tedious manual labour, not to mention that we had to double or triple our inventory when selling on eBay, Amazon, our website, or Etsy. Multiorders does it all in one simple place and manages the inventory automatically as sales come in.
Additionally, the bundles function is fantastic and has helped us almost quadruple the amount of stock we already had.

Gave multi orders a try for a few months, but encountered an import error on day 1 that caused historical orders to become undespatched on eBay. this was never fixed and the same error continued to plague my eBay integration a few times a week resulting in us manually uploading tracking numbers late at night.
Support was woefully slow to respond and every thread ended with I will investigate and come back to you and not a single issue we raised in the 2 months we were subscribers received a resolution.
The final straw was when I noticed that the stock levels on my listing bore no resemblance to the multiorders levels and several of my core products were left out of stock despite having 70+ units in stock in multiorders (and no changes recent or otherwise corresponding to the huge discrepancy) although my queries raised with support fixed the issue eventually (16hrs) no one came back to me with any answers to what caused this issue or for how long I'd been affected.
I don't have time to second guess my stock levels and when paying for software I shouldn't have to.
There are also a few flaws with some integrations which they explain away as a marketplace issue (duplications every time you edit an Etsy listing) but every other platform deals with it, no problem.
in short, it's not a robust platform and the customer service/support/communication is simply inadequate for business customers.
