I must admit now that multi orders have resolved my issues and have been very helpful. Thank you.

Although there are some limitations to customising templates to print, this is an amazing value for money inventory/order management. It has made it so much easier to keep track of stock across multi-platform selling, especially with the ability to merge, bundle and limit the availability of stock showing and automatically refill stock for marketplaces with item limits, while keeping the actual stock number live elsewhere. But more importantly, the customer service from these guys is fantastic. Any problems I have had, have been fixed in no time through their live chat or followed up by email and always in a friendly and polite manner. I would definitely recommend it.

I'd used Multiorders before in 2020. Because I sell items in multiple colours and sizes, it didn't work out for me back then because the pricing was based on the number of individual products. Wind forward to 2021 and wow what a change! This rule no longer applies and it's now based on the number of orders per month, so really affordable. I sell on multiple online marketplaces, ebay and etsy and this new Multiorders is superb! Automatic merging of products from 8 ebay accounts (inclulding internationals) and 1 etsy account with absolute ease! There are a lot more enhancements too. Customer service is brilliant with timely replies to queries. Thank you - A very happy customer!

I have used Multi orders since May 2019 and I fully recommend their program!
I run several woocommerce, and Etsy shops and Multi orders allows me to collate all of these together, in one easy place.
They guys are great for helping on Live Chat, and amazing at regular upgrades offering new features which I have suggested.
I'd be totally lost without Multiorders!!!

I was previously using another platform and was getting regular errors and the service was really poor. I have now moved to Multiorders and it's worlds apart. I have been with Multiorders since almost the start and have seen all the ups and downs. I have tried several others but this is now one of the best multi-marketplace software I have seen, with great features. We’ve used Multiorders daily for almost two years now and have seen the team flawlessly implement features and integrations that we requested when we first joined. For context, we’re an e-commerce business located in Australia and we requested some integrations to link Multiorders to Amazon AU and Australia Post. When we first started using Multiorders, these integrations weren’t available.

A year and a half on from requesting these features, the team at Multiorders have delivered. The integrations simply popped up in our menu one day and we received a message from the team inviting us to join the beta program.

No extra costs. No extra costs. No additional prompts. No excuses. They simply delivered.

Needless to say we’re fans of the solution and the team and feel that they’ve got our backs whenever we need them. From the perspective of a business owner, the level of support and reliability that the team provides is something of a rarity these days. 10/10

Categorically the best on the market. Having searched high and low for an all in one inventory and order management system I came across multiorders. So glad I did, they are very quick and helpful with queries. There system does all that others do and more and is so so easy to use. You can reprice immediately, merge all products so you can control them in one and do bundles for multi variations. Bets of all their pricing is not through the ceiling.

Honestly, I have tried many different companies that managed my inventory for me. I wasn't happy with any of them for numerous reasons. Generally, I didn't find them easy to use, or I couldn't get speaking to anyone for help. Then I found Multi Orders and it was brilliant from the get-go! They reply to any messages quickly, they are patient and helpful. I've managed to integrate ebay, amazon, etsy and woocommerce without any stress!

I was using another platform but when I had some problems with management system and time, I decided to use Multiorders. I want to say that it is a decent company. The navigation system is very clear and understandable, so I can configure all my sales. I also want to say that their supporting team is very helpful, and they were answering all the questions really fast and are always available. A well performed system offers a good price as well! The last but not least is design, it is pretty understandable and not bright, so you can navigate it without any problems.

very decent company, at the beginning they had problems because my courier is a problematic parcelforce, but they settled the matter very quickly and shortened my booking time for packages from 40 packages per hour to 5 packages per minute, they always help me with every problem and this is the only system on the Internet, which works safely compared to e.g. zenstore, on eBay I have about 80,000 positive opinions and only in their hands I feel safe thank you! for me 11/10!

I sell on Shopify, eBay, Amazon, Bonanza and Etsy. I had been using another multi-platform inventory and order management system that I had some issues with, and after using them for a year, decided to look at other options. Although they are the "new kid on the block", I liked what I saw in Multiorders and decided to give it a try.

I have been using it for 10 months, and couldn't be happier. It doesn't have all of the features of some of the stalwart systems, but what it does, it does very well. It is fast, easy to set up and configure, and quick to learn. It keeps my inventory in sync across the platforms so well that most of the time I don't even think about it - it just works.

Unlike the last system I used, you can actually enter and fill an order right in Multiorders. You don't have to enter it in one of the other ecommerce platforms. This is a great feature if you need to send a replacement or a sample to a customer, or if you have offline orders to fill.

One of the biggest selling points is their tech support. Their support staff is almost always available by chat, and their response time is usually a few minutes. The time or two I pointed out a bug or a missing feature, they were quick to either fix it, or to tell me when it would be scheduled.

As far as complaints, their reports are very basic and could use some enhancements (which will probably come in time). In many cases, I just export the data to Excel and massage it there to get what I need.

Multiorders is a solid, well-performing system and offers great value for the price. The design is well thought-out, yet simple, so it is straightforward to learn and use. The sales and support team are quick to respond and are friendly people that are enjoyable to talk to. I feel like they really care about their customers. Highly recommended!

Nothing but errors, for a software that is apparently built for shipping and inventory I have an issue literally everyday from not being able to printing errors to built in errors and spelling mistakes that take months to fix. Only get empty apologies and no fixes with me doing all the work to help then fix. Not worth £2,000+ a year as i end up spending double chatting to customer service.

As a small multi-channel business owner I've found Multiorders extremely helpful. I sell t-shirts on Bonanza and Etsy and managing orders and inventory on both seems like a chore. I've set up Multiorders for my business right from the start and I'm very happy that I did. It basically merges both my shops into one, as far as order, inventory and shipping management is concerned. Their dashboard also allows me to easily compare my shops to each other side by side in terms of sales numbers and revenue. Also, it allows me to track my most active business hours for better marketing campaign efficiency.
