have three month old baby . I am breastfeeding however I have to pump . I bought the elvie Stride 2 from Mumzworld I initially had a problem with the tubing I contacted Mumzworld they sent me a link to report the issue ( 6 weeks later someone contacts me ) . I know have a problem with the pump again whereby one side is not working I have clogged ducts and need to clear out or I will get mastitis again . Contacted Mumzworld and they send me the link again, apparently they say they will contact someone from elvie but I don’t have confidence . I also bought a tommee tipee steriliser which has stopped working correctly I sent them a video as requested over a week ago and still nothing has been done . The after service is very poor with Mumzworld I won’t be using them again . I’m thinking they must have poor communication with there suppliers

Got 3 orders to be delivered before my son’s birthday and 2 out of the 3 arrived after the estimated date.
Requested a refund , got a refund for only the 2 delivered packages that even today sit in fromt of the door ready to be collected and no refund for the undelivered packages.
The company statement below is being just an ignorant template response, I have already submitted 2 complaints with Mumzworld that are being stale.

Unfortunately, I have bought a machine from them and it was expensive imagine after 2 months suddenly there was some issues in the machine and it’s not working well I have reached them but they kept stalling and still didn’t fix the problem what a waste of time and money

This website is so frustrating. When I ordered from them for the first time, they promised same-day delivery—but then told me the item wasn’t available. I gave them another chance and placed a second order. Again, they said it would be delivered the same day. I even received an SMS saying my order was out for delivery, and the tracking showed I would receive it before 10 PM.
I contacted customer service to make sure it would arrive before 10 PM, as that’s already late for me—I’m usually asleep by then. Now it’s 11:30 PM, and they’re telling me it might be delivered either today or tomorrow.
This is unacceptable. They are clearly making false advertising claims about same-day delivery, and the service has been unreliable both times I ordered. Extremely disappointing experience.

I recently made a purchase from Mumzworld on the recommendation of a friend who previously worked with the company. I was quite happy with the overall product selection and customer service. The baby product I ordered met my expectations in terms of quality and pricing.
However, I was disappointed with the packaging. For a brand that focuses on products for mothers and children, I believe more attention should be given to safe and careful packaging—especially for baby items.
Additionally, I’d like to raise a concern I came to know through my friend who worked in the operations team. It was surprising to hear that there are no women working in the operations department of a company named “Mumzworld.” For a brand that markets itself around mothers and women, representation in key departments—especially operations—is important. It sends a strong message about inclusivity and empowerment in the workplace.
Mumzworld has great potential and has earned customer trust through its branding, but to truly stand out in the UAE market, I believe it should also reflect those values internally by supporting and including women in all areas of the business.
I hope this feedback will be taken constructively, as it comes from a place of admiration for the brand and the belief that it can do even better.

I am writing to express my frustration with the service I received. My experience has been extremely disappointing.
Firstly, the gift I ordered was delivered to the wrong address. Additionally, the application offered very limited options, which made the entire process even more difficult. The most frustrating part was the customer service. Despite assuring me that my issue (including the address update) had been resolved after multiple emails, WhatsApp messages, and phone calls, nothing was actually done to fix the problem.
After several attempts to communicate and resolve the issue, I am left with no solution. I would not recommend this brand to anyone.

I have placed an order that was cancelled by the delivery team while on its way. The reason they shared was because they could not reach out to me: they sent me an email with no signature, no information besides "we are trying to call regarding your order". I thought it was a scan as the sender was Fredieric medina and not even mumzworld... Additionally, I've specified the customer service to leave the package with the security guard or in front of the door. I had to wait to get money back in a voucher, then the order was out of stock. When I could finally order again, the price doubles! Spent hours with the customer service but they didn't want to do anything about that. Even if I lost a lot of time trying to reschedule my order, those things can happen but I would expect to get the same rates when trying to place my new order. Very disappointed

I recently purchased a Momcozy breast pump from Mumzworld, taking advantage of their Ramadan cashback offer. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing.
Firstly, it was not clearly communicated anywhere that the store credit I would receive would expire after just 7 days. Additionally, the credit is only applied 15 business days post-delivery, which is very misleading. There is no mention of this expiration on their app, making it easy to miss if you're not paying close attention.
To make matters worse, when I reached out to customer service for clarification and assistance, I encountered rude and unhelpful behavior from a representative named Adham. Instead of resolving my issue, he seemed unwilling to help and lacked basic courtesy.
Overall, I feel let down by Mumzworld's lack of transparency and poor customer service. I wouldn’t recommend shopping here based on my experience.
