Long-time subscribers

We've been subscribers for over two years, and we've enjoyed every box! I don't think we've ever had a snack repeat...10 snacks a month, 12 months a year, that's 240 unique treats (and 48 Family Munch Pack Ratings Nights.)

I've only had to reach out to Customer Service once, for an issue that was clearly with my post office. CS was super helpful, and even followed up a couple days later.

Poor support. No help with missing orders

This company does not back their orders. They refuse to track undelivered orders. They pawn the deliveries to third parties and then refuses to follow up when they aren't delivered. My package said delivered and it was not. They pushed everything back to me to track it and file a claim. Avoid this place at all costs

Box arrived a whole 6 days early

Box arrived a whole 6 days early, very happy with it, only complaint is that they charge $6:50 for sodas and I only got one can, but even then I can’t really get mad, didn’t realize how small the boxes were

Absolutely no customer service

I’ve ordered munchpak before, and it’s always been fine. This last one I received had broken open candy, and crushed pretzel sticks. I contacted customer service. They responded fairly quickly and asked for pictures. I sent pictures over, but did not get a response. I sent them again, to make sure my phone didn’t glitch when I sent them, still no response. So I replied again to their last email asking if there was going to be any further contact regarding my issues, still no response. I will not be ordering from. This company again. I’ll have to go to one of their competitors instead.

UPDATE: I finally received an email stating they were going to send a replacement box out on July 1st. As soon as I received that email, another one popped up asking for feedback. I clicked on the link today, 5 days later, and it was invalid. I have not received any information of this new box that is supposed to be shipped out.

I also found this company very…disappointing

I also found this company very disappointing. I ordered a package for my father as a gift, did not get an email to cancel and when I did I went on their website but it took several days to cancel and they charged me and when I requested a refund they were rude and unhelpful. Snacks were OK at best.

Very disappointed

Very disappointed! They do not have an 800 number to speak with anyone. Not even a phone number. My wife brought it to my attention that they were going to deduct $155.40 from our account. I had bought my grand kids. A yearly subscription through Covid. We decided to cancel this. For three days and several emails, they continue to say they had no service under my name. I had to send a pic of my checking account and then they still said they didn’t have any record. The day they removed the money from my account, they told me they had found it and they can now cancel it but there is no refunds! I was livid! I would not recommend doing business with this company.
1. No for phone service to take direct complaints or praise.
2. Nothing but a run around, with no refunds. They haven’t even sent the package to my grandkids but they won’t refund my money to my checking account! I am done with munchpak forever!
We are senior citizens on a fixed income and for three days and nine emails I got nothing but the runaround and feel I lost my money because of their inability to help the consumer in a quick and efficient manner!

Snacks were terrible

Snacks were terrible. I got a 3 month subscription for me and another for a friend. The second month, the one tasty thing in the box was Doritos. Like I can’t get all the Doritos I want every day.

Their customer service email was really frustrating to the point of being real jerks.

Bad website, bad customer service

I tried to get a 3 month subscription as a Christmas present for someone. The order went through and I received a confirmation email. Normally it was supposed to ship within 24 hours but as it was 8 days before Christmas I was prepared to give them a little leeway. But weeks went by and I never got a confirmation email saying the order was shipped. There is no way to check this information online (like every other company provides). I opened a ticket with their customer service because there was no other way to contact them and waited days to receive a response. I was told that my order was "entered incorrectly" and so it was flagged and cancelled (without any notification). Why would I have received an order confirmation email in this case and if something was wrong why wasn't I notified? I just followed the prompts, how could I enter the order in wrong (and have it go all the way through)?? I go back in a few days later to retry my order and I see the first order on my account as with a status of "processing". Each time I try to click on different areas of my account it forces me to sign in over and over again... I placed the order again after clicking on the link "give a gift"... but the email goes to me as if I was the recipient. Is this a new company that doesn't understand technology?? I don't understand why their site and customer service is so bad. I will be sure to check my bank account to make sure I wasn't charged for the first order.

Save your money

Honestly I was so excited to receive my munchpak but it took almost 3 weeks to receive it just to be disappointed by the quality of the products. They were bland and just not good, I ended up giving away most of them, I ended up canceling my subscription after just one month. Do not waste your money

I Got MunchPak for my daughters. It wont STOP

I Got MunchPak for my daughters and clicked "One Time Purchase". I have not stopped getting these uneatable cheep candies. I just got charged another $25. 5th time and I've attempted to cancel 3 separate times. No one will talk with me. I've spent about $100 more then I've wanted to. I just want to quit. I'll let you know next month when it happens again.

UPDATED 7/30/21 MunchPak: Great Snacks, So-So Customer Service, Horrible Shipping

UPDATE #2 7/30/2021: After nearly a month, I have finally received my MunchPak, although it is a replacement box. DHL now throws up errors for the original box, meaning it most likely was indeed lost in transit. I am still upset that MunchPak waited so long to agree with me that something was up and to send a replacement box, but I am happy nonetheless that I finally got my money's worth. The replacement box arrived today is perfect condition, and while I haven't tried all the snacks, there seems to be an excellent variety & quantity of snacks for the money and I'm excited to try them all. However, I now have strong fears over trusting DHL again, and I won't rule out getting another MunchPak in the future if they can switch to more trustworthy shipping partner.

UPDATE 7/22/2021: MunchPak has finally contacted me about shipping a replacement box. They are beginning to show effort, I do not know if they finally did something because I opened a PayPal case or because I won't leave them alone about it, but the fact they are sending a new box is enough to get me to ease up a little. However, now I believe this issue is not really MunchPak's fault but is rather DHL's fault. In MunchPak's email to me they also believed my first box may have been lost, and if that's the case then DHL is what is hurting their customer reputation. However, we will see if this replacement box meets the same fate or if it will actually arrive and then I may consider increasing to a 4. I will only increase to a 5 if MunchPak, for future customers, cuts all ties with DHL and delivers solely though USPS or other carriers.

My friends, I have made a GRAVE mistake that I hope none of you ever make. Like many of you, I wanted to try MunchPak. I had been getting SnackCrates and TokyoTreat boxes for so long that I wanted to try something new but also had a wide country variety, hence why I decided to try MunchPak. My massive mistake was that I opted for the FamilyPak, which is their largest offering and after adding a drink to it, totals to nearly $50! Before you say anything, it's not the money I'm complaining about...... it's the fact that it NEVER ARRIVED!! I noticed a lot of you are in the same boat as me, and I really wish I read the reviews before ordering from them. I ordered my box on the 4th. They said it shipped the 6th. DHL HAS NOT UPDATED ONCE SINCE THAT DAY. AND USPS HAS NO RECORD OF IT AT ALL! I have tried NUMEROUS TIMES to contact MunchPak about the non-updating box and to see if it was lost or if they failed to drop it off to the carrier. The kept brushing it off and told me to be patient despite them saying it will arrive in 4-8 business days. It is now nearing 3 weeks later, and there still hasn't been a single update in the tracking or a response from them to assist me in locating the box. I am upset because I spent so much money for terrible customer service and for something I believe is never going to arrive. I have also filed a complaint with BBB to see if that will finally get them to respond to me properly and resolve my issue. I can handle losing $15 or $25 dollars, but $50 is a good chunk of change I could've used elsewhere. Regardless if the box eventually arrives in 2-4 decades from now, I will not be continuing my subscription, and I highly advise all of you to try out other snack subscription boxes from more reputable companies before even attempting MunchPak. Thanks.

Never got it

I placed my order on the 27th of June, still hasn't even left the place, even though the shipping company received the data on the 29th. I put in a ticket with them, no response there. Their shipping info said it should take from 5-15 days for international shipping which i find hard to believe if it hasn't even left the facility. 15 days from when the info was received by shipping would be tomorrow

I don't really have any complaints…

I don't really have any complaints about them. I have been subbed to them for a while now and I've always gotten my boxes on time for the most part and have gotten tracking numbers to go with them. The customer service is decent, they get back to you within 1-3 days typically. I subtracted 1 star because the snacks have gotten more boring over time and even though they are from other countries, at least 2-3 itemd are things that you might find in a dollar store here except with a different language on them.

i ordered on the 25th of june it is now july 6th

i ordered on the 25th of june it is now july the 6th and i still havent received my box yet, until now this stays at 1 star.

update: the estimated delivery date was supposed to be july 10 2021 but my tracking info was not updated in 7 days, its now almost 2 weeks later and still did not receive what i purchased, do not make any purchases with this company please, it will most likely get lost in the mail (maybe like mine did idk) i was hoping for a good experience but no didnt happen i will most deffinitly will not be buying from them ever again, good thing i used paypal and now ill let them step in.

i did not wanted to leave a 1 star review but this is my experience with them so far.

Update 2: well I did receive my munchpak today all I did was file a claim on usps website and it found it, so I will be changing from 1 star to 4 stars.

I placed a order on June 18th out of…

I placed a order on June 18th out of curiosity with "foreign" sweets. They say boxes usually ship within 24 hours. NOT. After a week with no word from them, I sent an email. Alas, they said the box shipped. NOT. The DHL tracking page said a label was created but as of today. June 27th, they have not received the box. Another email and brush off from their customer service prompted me to file a complaint with BBB. I also spoke to a lawyer who is considering a class action against these shysters for their deceptive practices. They have no shame. Stay away from them.

DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THIS COMPANY

This companys customer service is trash. They lied to me saying they shipped my order on May 21st and it still hasnt arrived. The shipping link they gave shows label not created. Their customer service employees keeps saying they will send my order and it still hasnt come a month later. I cancelled my subscription. I have the numerous emails and screenshots catching them in their lies. Pathetic.
