The product was OK but overpriced. The think that upset me the most was that they automatically renew the subscription. When I emailed them about it they say when you sign up, It is in the fine print to automatically renew. I find it reprehensible that I have to be in lawyer mode just to buy a monthly snack subscription. So beware with this company. Their practices are unsavory.

It took over a month and a half for the box to get here after ordering it. Almost two months to get from AZ to KY? Come on now. And the selection was lousy. You don't get what you pay for. Not worth the money spent. Epic fail, wont be ordering again. Total ripoff. And why have they made it near impossible to leave a review? Lots and lots of brownie points lost.

My box shipped fast and was full of good snacks. What bugged me is I had a coupon for half off. Applied coupon and my total got cut in half. However they still charged me full price. I feel kinda cheated and bait and switched. I did a normal order but somehow it came up as a gift. So the coupon couldn't be used. Customer service said it was my fault and couldn't help.

Do not give them your money. Their customer service is non existent. We ordered a month ago and according to the tracking, it has moved from one side of their warehouse in Long Beach, to the other side of their warehouse in Long Beach. Poor thing must be exhausted! 🤦🏼‍♀️

Have been charged $49.95 for May, but still says it’s a shipping label. Even though they mailed me saying it has shipped. I have canceled my subscription and asked for a refund. These people refuse to reply. Stay away. No customer service at all.

I payed for premium shipping and was not made aware that it could cone past the promised date. I live in California. I payed for the 1-3 buissness date delivery and it’s been 4 days now. I emailed them, only asking to be compensated for the extra money I payed since I am now getting my delivery outside of the promised date. They declined. Meaning they stole from me. It is the same as paying for a t shirt and only getting an image of what the t shirt. Like yeah it’s definitely not what you were promised and you were not made aware of what it would truly be, “but at least something came.” It’s sickening. You should be ashamed munchpak.

It was great the first box. But they keep send you the same stuff. Its honstley not worth it just go to your grocery store and check out there candy isle.

These guys are crooks they would not cancel the order there is no phone number to call just email and customer no service is hard to deal with through email I only wanted one box not a monthly subscription and they kept taking my money and sending the box don't do business with munchpac they will scam you and tell you it's your fault and sales are final ..............Mark

I know everything is expensive to ship from the USA, however for a total of nearly £20 I was expecting more than one small cake bar, a strip of bacon covered in chocolate, a small bag of gummys, a seaweed flavoured wotsit and a bag of puffed seeds that has about 5 pieces in it. Cancelled my membership immediately, was expecting higher quality stuff and have been really looking forward to it arriving however I am incredibly dissapointed. Delivery time took 8 days, don't know if that is good or not.

These boxes can be hit or miss.
Sometimes you feel like you have gotten great value for your money and other times not so much. I've had multiple repeated snacks in the boxes and in my last box (i get the family pack) over half the items were from the UK.... i could literally walk to the shop and buy them myself for a cheaper price.
This box is also considerably more expensive than other snack subscription boxes and for uk shipping you only have the option to add tea or coffee (at $5 extra!) And not a soft drink. Whereas other boxes have a soft drink in the box INCLUDED in the price of the subscription.
I think I'll be giving munchpak a break for a few months and trying out other options.

Great snacks and amazingly fast shipping. I ordered and within 7 days I got my snacks when I live in Norway and it's shipped from USA. Amazing

I have used this website several times to order one-time gifts. The order process itself was so simple - choose the size of box, length of subscription, and note any likes or dislikes (e.g "like: sweets, dislike: seafood and nuts").
Shipping was quick to the UK and the treats inside were varied and fun to try. Would recommend!

This is so incredible. I have always wanted to get snacks and candies from different countries. If you want to have a good experience, I would recommend munchpak. If you have any allergies, you can just customise your personal crate for yourself. Definitely worth it, and I loved all of the snacks!

Lots of good candies and cookies. Excellent support! They offered me a new box when last month box hadn’t arrived 5 weeks later due to problems with the international shipping. They sending their boxes with tracking number +++++++

I'ts impossible to cancel the subscribtion yourself, and i've have yet to recieve any reply from them, when i asked them to do it.
