If I could go 0 stars then I would

If I could go 0 stars then I would, St Anne’s Parcliffe medical centre branch absolutely appalling service. Always got medications missing, or you have to go back for them! Staff are inexperienced and completely lacking any customer care skills. I mean come on, the reason we go to get medications is because we are unwell, or have some medical problems! I was told the remainder of my order would be available the next day, when I returned a few days later I was told that they didn’t have the item, I asked why no one had let me know that they couldn’t get, it to which the pharmacist replied that they just don’t do that, because it would take them all day to let everyone know they couldn’t get all the meds that they are missing! I explained that was their problem, and they should perhaps employ more staff to be able to do that, to which he replied that they wouldn’t do that.
I have now been told that the item I was waiting for is not in stock from their supplier, so I asked for my prescription back but I can’t get that because they had part issued on the prescription! Once upon a time, this would have been checked before giving any medications out and you would have been allowed to try other pharmacies, instead I now need to go back to my doctor (who actually didn’t prescribe the medication it was a hospital consultant) and waste his time to get another prescription! All because the Cohen’s staff have again been too lazy to check a medication properly and also wasting my time, by me having to keep returning and having to now get an appointment with my Doctor for another prescription for this medication!
They also appear to have no system in place, they walk around like zombies looking for your medications, trying to see where the pharmacist may have hidden it! Often taking half an hour to find a prescription that is preordered and you have had a message to say that it is ready to collect… The Cohen’s app is shocking also, I have often had to phone or go into the pharmacy to ask them to mark my previous months medications as collected before I can reorder them on the app, because they don’t update what they have done!
I am not going to be a returning customer to the incompetent and rude people in the Cohen’s practice that I have been using and will not recommend them to anyone.

Appalling, no sign of any improvement either .

Kidderminster branch.
Appalling service, Drugs are never ready for collection, even after allowing 3 days . Once they are done, they cant find them. Completely chaotic service, The phone is never answered , so you have to go especially. Queues are usually out the door and have been known to eke round the car park. They have reduced their opening hours to now include a lunch hour . Come on Cohens , get a grip, hire some more staff. This has been like this for at least 12 months.

APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE

At 10.30am I was told that my prescription was being ‘made up’ and would be ready in 30 minutes. My wife went to collect it at 1.20pm and was told it was not ready and they would ‘make it up while she waited. I phoned at the same time to ask the pharmacist for an explanation. By 1.50pm I had dialled, and the phone rang, 57 times !!! Each time somebody either lifted the receiver and put it down, or the system cut me off. Whilst writing this the phone is still ringing and not being answered. Their level of Customer Service is APPALLING. They may claim that they are busy, and/or short staffed but this lack of service has been consistent for many months. SHAME ON THEM.

Poor service

Just cancelled "Cohens" as my nominated chemist due to their incompetence and lack of customer care. When I have my prescription confirmed on Tuesday the 8th of March and I have to go and collect it 6 days later then I feel Cohens need reminding that they are not delivering "sweeties", rather, they're delivering life saving medication to vulnerable people. The staff in my local store are more concerned about shop improvements and who watched what on the TV. In future I will choose who supplies my medication.

Yesterday

Yesterday, at Cohens Pharmacy in Kidderminster, I cued for over an hour to be served. The cue extended outside the shop where it was cold and raining. Although the staff were aware of the cue's length, they continued to operate as if there was no cue at all. People I spoke to whilst waiting were all resolute in their anger and stated that they would no longer use Cohens.

Rubbish!

So you get your text and you walk half a mile in your lunch break as it's best to leave the car, it's healthy and your saving the planet.
You get in the chemist there are 3 people in front of you so you queue for 10 minutes then you get to the front of the queue and the ... well i would say assistant but they are supposed to assist right? Not this one! Sorry the pharmasist has popped out for her lunch come back in an hour. Right cos I have nothing else to do.
There was 4 people behind that counter and I still couldn't get my medication, even though they had let me know it was ready to collect. What the !
I know that this is the UK where the customer is always treated like dirt but Cohens you take the biscuit.

I'm shocked that a place that deals with medication and physically vulnerable people has staff who have, throughout the last two years, blatantly worked in the shop wearing masks around their chins instead of covering mouth and nose.

Went into Cohens chemist on Trimdon Avenue. Acklam, Middlesbrough and was refused 6% hydrogen peroxide solution which I use for minor cuts and also use for sore throats. The solution is not sold behind the counter but on display in the aisles where their other items are sold at bolstered prices. The pharmacist refused selling me the product as he deemed he was unhappy to what i was using it for. Appears to me the pharmacist needs to brush up on his reading as this is what it states its uses are on the bottle or altwrnatively discriminated me based on the colour of my skin.

Very Impressed

Started to use Cohens in Market Weighton for my husbands prescription having moved to the area. Have to say cannot fault them, the repeat prescription is always dealt with speedily and staff are always very helpful informing you about the flu jab etc. Only had one hiccup when they dispensed an incorrect dose of tablets which was sorted quite quickly. Keep up the good work all.

Cohens Chemist Backwell

Cohens Chemist Backwell, North Somerset.
Appalling service from rude and arrogant staff. Went in with the intention of buying an over the counter medical product and was told to leave the store and come back wearing a mask. The product is advertised on google as being available from all local Cohens without prescription. Was told we don't stock that product, go to the doctor. This is a village pharmacy with staff who still believe villagers should live in awe of them.

COHENS PHARMACY LEVENSHULME

COHENS PHARMACY LEVENSHULME

###### BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN USING THIS PHARMACY, SELLS EXPIRED MEDICATION. ######

SOLD ME EXPIRED EYE DROPS FOR MY 10 YEAR OLD BOYS EYES AND OVERCHARGED ME FOR THE PRIVILEGE.
REPORTED TO HEAD OFFICE THEN WENT BACK IN A FEW DAYS LATER ONLY TO FIND THEM STILL SELLING EXPIRED EYE DROPS 8 MONTHS OUT OF DATE EVEN AFTER BEING TOLD BY HR TO CHECK STOCK.
NOW MY SONS EYES ARE INFECTED AND LOOK TERRIBLE, I HAVE HAD TO TAKE HIM TO AN OPTICIAN WHO CANNOT SAY FOR SURE IF THE EXPIRED MEDICATION WILL HAVE A LASTING IMPACT ON HIS EYE HEALTH BUT SAID THEY ARE BADLY INFECTED.

STAFF VERY COCKY AS IF UNTOUCHABLE.
BRANCH MANAGER ON PHONE WHILE SERVING MEDICATION AND GENERALLY A MESSY SHOP WITH DUST AND GRIME EVERYEHERE.

SEE OTHER GOOGLE REVIEWS.

WHEN YOU TELL THEM THEY SAY GO TO HEAD OFFICE, AND HAVE A TENDANCY TO SAY "WHATEVER"
WHEN YOU ASK THEM FOR HEAD OFFICE DETAILS THEY SAY GOOGLE IT.

WORST PHARMACY IN MANCHESTER IF NOT IN THE WHOLE OF THE UK.
LOOK AT THE OTHER REVIEWS LEFT ON GOOGLE.

THIS PLACE NEEDS A NEW MANAGER TO TAKE OVER AND BRING IT UPTO STANDARD OR SOME POOR MEMBER OF THE PUBLIC WILL GET HURT.

YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

I WOULD URGE ANYONE WHO HAS A BAD EXPERIENCE TO GET IN TOUCH WITH COHENS HR OR THE GENERAL MEDICAL PHARMACEUTICAL COUNCIL AS I HAVE DONE.
