Buyer beware

I ordered shoes in early November and received many messages that they were on the way. Then I received a message that they were delayed. By December 8 they had not arrived and customer service said they would check into the matter. I never heard from them again. I e-mailed again on January 3 and no response. Seems like a scam

No complaints here

These shoes are very comfortable and they fit me perfectly. They were reasonably priced and stylish and I noticed my foot neuropathy subsided while wearing these shoes so that is a hugh plus. I was surprised to read so many negative reviews. I did have to wait a few weeks to receive them but am very happy with my shoes so far.

I ordered the shoes in September 2025…

I ordered the shoes in September 2025 they arrived in October. I didn't like the fit or the fact that the bottom of the shoe was a hard plastic. I was not satisfied so I wrote to Paypal to dispute. My return reason "shoes not as described" to which the 'seller' Ace Equities LLC told paypal that everything was described in the verbiage online. They in the meantime gave me a return address, I sent the shoes back. (before I knew I was denied by paypal) now i'm out $64+ and the shoes. I've written to Musabela.com numerous times and still nothing. I'm going to the Better Business Bureau with this complaint. (all the response emails said, "sorry for the inconvenience, we will send a email shortly of further instructions" STILL NOTHING

This company hides it's distribution site behind looking like a USA company. The return which you will probably need is based in the UK. The cost to return the shoes to the UK way exceeds the original cost of the shoes so you are SOL. DO NOT GIVE THIS DISHONEST COMPANY ANY OF YOUR BUSINESS.

This company is a total scam

This company is a total scam. They send you cheap shoes that takes a month to get them. They're not at all what they claim, and they refuse to let you return for a refund. There's no customer service phone number that works, the one they give is a fake phone number and the emails just say- sorry we're working on it and we'll get back to you! And then never get back to you. I'm getting my money back from Huntington

I get an email that this company wants…

I get an email that this company wants to make my complaint right. So like a fool I believe them and resubmitted it. I get a reply back from them thanking me for sending my info back to them and I would be hearing from them within 24 hours. That was a week ago.
Even when they reply to Trustpilot they can't keep there word.
What a sham. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Awful customer service

I placed an order on November 21, 2025 and received my shoes on December 8, 2025. The shoes did not fit and I requested a refund on December 9, 2025. I received an email saying I would receive further instruction. That instruction never came. I contacted them again on Dec. 15, 2025 and was told I would be contacted within the next 24 hours. Again nothing came. I waited until Dec. 16, 2025 and told them if I did not hear from them in the next few days I would dispute the charge with my credit card. Awful customer service.

Rip-Off!

After waiting 5 weeks for my sneakers, they finally arrived today and 1. my foot, your foot and all of our relatives feet can fit in these sneakers. Both shoe tongues in the sneakers are torn apart.

This experience doesn't deserve one star.

I ordered 11.5 xtra wide. Can't even get my foot in the shoe. Waited a month to get them and now I can't even wear them. I want all my money back and you pay to have them shipped back to China.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE OVER CHARGED WRONG SIZEI paid for my shoes to get to me within…

I paid for my shoes to get to me within 3-6 days, didn't realize that they would be coming from overseas. Got charged two times the amount of insurance. Waited 14 days for them to get here, then when they did get here, extremely wrong size. I ordered a size 12 ww, got a size 4.
I have been in contact with them. Now they won't respond to me, last a heard over a week ago was they were going to check on my size. I have written them twice since then. They have had my money from my hsa since 11/1.

I order shoes back on September 9 and…

I order shoes back on September 9 and received them on September 20 and the same day I sent them a message letting them know I need to reorder a different size since those didn't fit. They response to my message but thing they stop responding to my messages but when I ask for the return address they sent it too me but they didn't tell me how and when I can expect an exchange. Then I started reading other reviews on BBB and other outlets where people talking how they returning their orders but not getting a refund or exchange for the return. And the phone number on their website under contact us will ring, but then disconnect the call.

I should have checked into their…

I should have checked into their reviews better before I ordered. I had no idea that they were being shipped directly from China.
I never received my order but they are saying it was delivered. I have played the run around game with their "support" team with no solution in sight.
I want a refund and now they are saying that I am responsible for checking with the carrier to see if it was delivered.
This is not a reputable company. **Update** This company is very hard to reach and they only respond when they want to. In their reply they gave no link to respond to. I just want my m9ney back. Is that so hard to do?

WARNING: NOT really a Money Back Guarantee

Ordered a pair to try. Delivered after 3+ weeks. Shoes are too narrow and very uncomfortable. Not only that but after seeing them and feeling the materials they are made with they are NOT shoes I would ever want to own. The feel like plastic and while lightweight, offer no comfort or durability from the looks of things. Began request for a refund and asked for week for the address to send these back to in order to fulfill my end of their "money back guarantee". Repeatedly told they were investigating. I had already told them I did not want an alterative size, or wider width. I just want to return these and get my money back. Last I heard was Friday morning, they were "personally going to investigate" this situation. I have had it. I wish there was a US location listed to send them back--but like everything else for sale online these must come from China and get by any way they can. I am super frustrated and want to ANYONE who is thinking of these to LOOKS ELSEWHERE. These are not the shoes for you. Would not recommend in any was and would have given ZERO STARS if that was an option. They say there is a money back guarantee but they just push you around until you are too frustrated to keep fighting. It isn't worth it.

liars cheats and thieves

this company can improve by keeping their word!!!
ordered a pair of shoes , came in wrong size, and very cheaply made. could buy Walmart shoes that are much better and a lot cheaper. Sent them back per instructions, they made it back to Cal. but nothing since then. They must be Chinese and Communist to boot. luckily I can afford the loss. Going to stick with Amazon and other reputable people from now on out

She gave me a pair and they were too small and I have tried every link I could find to no avail. They want you to pay $5.00 then they will refund you.
