I would not give this company any stars…

I would not give this company any stars . The shoes are cheap . I returned my shoes but haven’t received my refund . Customer. Service sucks I sent tons of email and I get no answer . So if you are looking at these shoes my suggestion to you would be DONT BUY THESE SHOES !

The worst

The worst. I sent back two pairs of shoes brand new, they were the wrong size, I have not received a refund they have repeatedly asked for the tracking number and it has been since August first that they received my return. No refund also a fake phone number.

They do absolutely nothing they say!!!

My experience started in July and is still ongoing. To keep it short I ordered shoes that arrived two weeks later than promised. And at least 4 sizes to small. I was assured a full refund including return shipping.. it's working on the 4'th month and have only received the refund on the shoes. Still waiting on 27.00 worth of shipping costs. Don't trust anything these people say at Musabela.

Unable to Retrn

I purchased x-wide shoes from Musabela website directly on 08/26. I received them on 09/17. They were not wide enough. I requested a refund via their website on 09/29, well before the 30 day after delivery refund policy. The refund request is still in pending status on their wessite and I have not received return approval or instructions. I have emailed them twice and still no reply. I called the number on the website and I get a Verizon recording. Do Not purchase these shoes!

I come across the website

I come across the website, read what few reviews they had ordered 2 pairs. The website, said true to fit. Well, this is not true. I've been 2 weeks trying to get a return the Email will send me out the same thing over and over. Someone will get ahold of you in 24 hours. Still nothing again 2 weeks. I would not recommend these shoes to anyone. They look like they work with Teamo. So sad they got over 120.00 dollars from me. Shame They take advantage of people that are trying to find shoes to help with their feet and the pain.

IF I could do a zero I would. The website is a SCAM!!!! STAY AWAY!!! Ordered 2 pairs, one size they ship was not even my size, way too narrow they are not wide shoes. Frustrated

We ordered three pair of shoes, all in wide width and with our correct sizes. All three pairs of shoes have come in and were too small and were not in a wide size as ordered. I even confirmed prior to shipping, which took way too long, with an email to make sure we would be receiving the wide size. I have contacted the company and have been waiting now for 9 months to get the correct sizes shipped back out. I have been told the ones we ordered are no longer available, but then they come back in and still have not shipped. I have also asked them to ship the two they do have and have picked a different third pair, in stock, and still no confirmation of being shipped. It takes them weeks to respond to any emails and still no action on getting our shoes.

The quality was poor and I think I have been scammed by this company. was not told the shoes would have to be shipped from China another scam I will call my bank and see if thery can do anything but DONT BUY SHOES FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCAMED

Despite this, I have not received my refund. Musabela’s website advertises a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee, but in my case this promise was not honored. A warning to other customers.

They are the worst to deal with. They sent me the wrong size sneakers almost 2 months ago and I still have not received the correct size. Their customer service is horrible and they take days to get back to you. Nothing has been resolved but just back and forth emails

Wrong size sent

Ordered a size 7.5, shoes came a couple weeks later and were the wrong size. I emailed the company regarding the issue, they requested I take pictures of the tags in which I did and then that was all I heard, no resolution. I paid 74.94 for shoes I cannot wear because they sent the wrong size. Definitely would not recommend this company, and they are very cheap china quality definitely not worth 74.94. The company is scam.

Order was put on old credit card which…

Order was put on old credit card which I had canceled and then used my new Discover card to make my order.

I looked on my credit card report and saw I now have 2 orders coming. I canceled the order with the old card but they sent it anyway. They said since the order was already put in they could NOT cancel it.
When trying to get the company to take back the order they told me where to could send it OR they would give me 30% of my order of $74.94 and another $25. coupon. When I agreed to their 30% nothing happened. I sent numerus emails to the support team and never got any responses.
I finally filed a dispute with my credit company and it was deemed valid. So I am stuck with 2 extra pairs of shoes I never ordered in the first place

I would never order from this company again. Team support says they will get back to you but never does at least in my case they didn't.

It is now August 12, 2025. I have been trying to reach Musabela now since April 2025. They continue to send me emails that State someone will get in touch with me within 24 hours, but they never do. I am totally frustrated with this company. I have no way of reaching them other than email and I paid over $125 for two pairs of sandals that were supposed to be Orthopedic which they are not. I will continue to keep everyone informed of my progress with Musabela. They’ve also gone ahead and responded to my review on trust pilot by saying wonderful glorious things that they wanted to make it right but it’s all false. They have made no attempt to contact me. No attempt to try to right what was wrong, none whatsoever. I would never ever recommend this company to anyone be aware or you may be a victim as well.

Have not received my order

I ordered two pairs of shoes on June 23rd. One pair for me and the other pair for my husband. I received mine in the beginning of the 3rd week of July., but I have not received my husband's yet! Today is the last day of July. I have emailed them 3 times and still have not received a satisfactory response! I also tried calling the customer service phone number on their site and it doesn't work. I , just like most people, do not have money to throw away!
