Fantastic customer service and problem resolution
I placed my order on a Thursday afternoon, unfortunately the Credit Card payment button didn't work on the site, so I used PayPal, receiving confirmation of my order immediately. On the Friday morning at just after 0900, Lily called to say that the system hadn't pulled my full address in, but wanted to get it from me to ensure my order went out that day. She did say that sometimes PayPal causes that as an issue, I explained that I'd tried the Credit Card option, but it hadn't worked, she was very apologetic and said that she would get it looked into immediately. I got off the call feeling really positive and that they are a great company, with rare excellent customer service, well done Lily and the rest of the team!
