Great efficient supplier of some good supplements at good value price points. D-Ribose is a particularly well received product not available everywhere. Would be 5 stars but slightly frustrating website bug/glitch with choosing delivery and shipping addresses on the order process. Would be happy to see an even wider range of products.

I am an airline crew based outside of UK and I usually buy products online whenever I’m on a short layover in UK or US. In general, I find he UK marketplace more efficient in terms of speed and customer service. Among many online shops in UK that I have transacted, I find the customer service of Muscleform really excellent in terms of speed in replying to emails especially when there is a sudden change in flight schedules and shipping address. In my experience, email replies vary between minutes during daytime and about a few hours if the email is sent midnight on a weekend. What is even more amazing is that the shipment promise of four days (Despite the lockdowns), they can deliver orders in two days, sometimes 1 day if the email is sent early in a non-holiday weekday and a special request and a discussion were made, as if the courier company is their own department. Perhaps they have built goodwill with their courier company because the Aviform team of Muscleform could cut the delivery time short while others couldn’t. On August 24, 2020, I got my order confirmed and asked if they can deliver early morning the following day, they did not guarantee, but they shipped my orders on the same day, and the courier company was able to deliver the package on the next day. However, though I really wanted my purchases, I decided to return them because the person who should accept the package said, he had no more space in his luggage. Aviform team refunded on the same day, and PayPal refunded the amount to my bank after seven days. All being said, what I admire most is the level of excellence the Aviform team possesses. Obviously that is why Muscleform has grown its business since 1978. I know well about Muscleform because I have to be very careful in researching and choosing high quality supplements that I take and it has been my supplement provider since I shifted from GNC to Muscleform in January 2014.
Muscleform has reliable products (AVI-PRO 94 and creatine are my favorite) and awesome customer service. My father who is now 81 years old and getting younger has just started bodybuilding and is now loading with creatine to fuel his longevity protocol for his 120 years or more target.

Found the product I wanted very easily on their website. Fast delivery and very well packaged. The price was very good by comparison with other web sites and they appear a trusted seller - which is always a good sign. I will certainly be buying from them again and have already passed their details on to my children who will definitely purchase some products from them. Very impressive! I will purchase again.

Nutritional profile that I'm not sure could be rivaled with. Very easy on digestion. Taste isn't as nice as all the 'Well known brands but i prefer the function over taste. Will be re-ordering again for sure.
