I just wanted say how much I love your clothes
I have every from leggings to sports bras and shorts and tops and I love it all
as a gymnastics coach I am very picky with leggings are shorts but yours have lasted me forever stay up don’t get caught to Velcro and they are so incredibly soft and comfy and as well as I bigger chested girl your sports bras keep everything in and are so supportive

Absolutely love my muscle nation
Absolutely love my muscle nation! It’s great for long runs as it doesn’t rub under my arms because of the smooth material. Plus the colours are bright and pretty!
Only thing I didn’t like was the padding in it and either use another set I have or just go without.

I have known about Muscle Nation for many years started my journey in 2025 as I am a creature of habit was hesitant on trying new products and active wear but so happy I made the change
The active wear in true to size comfortable for my weight training to running with no adjusting in movement and in our QLD summers the fabric breathes well.
The protein water is great before and after my long runs for recovery with no after taste this product is now my go to with required BCAAS and electrolytes.
Protein powder my go to now is MN custard Casein for slow release wish I had of started on this sooner absolutely a game changer mixed with creatine 👌
Place an order its delivered within 2 days and return process made easy.
My last order received a gift with purchase- portable blender absolutely loving it to mix my powders while cooking breakfast also take it on holidays its my new gadget💚

Best exchange system ever
I ordered 5 items on tuesday and they all arrived less than 2 days later (with express shipping). I tried them on and realised they were too small for me so i used their SUPER easy return system that they outlined on a leaflet in the order. I went to the post office today (friday) to send them back to exchange them for a bigger size and my new order is already on the way. Absolutely insane service and i’ll 110% be buying off these guys again !!!

Creatine ~ Grape Flavour

Terrible customer service hidden fees
Takes ages for customer service to respond to emails.
I wanted to exchange products for a differed size. They took off $9.99 for the postage ( totally fine ) then the wanted to hold $67 to wait until I sent the items back. Take that off my bank. I’ve NEVER had to do this with any other company.
I declined and wanted a full refund. They then took another $9.99 off just to refund me the money back. I paid $80 only got back $57 what a joke. Won’t shop here ever again. This was weeks of email back and forth. No phone number to call.

Our Instant Exchange system is designed to make exchanging items as quick and seamless as possible. When you request an exchange, a temporary authorisation is placed on your card for the full value of the returning item. This is not an actual charge and disappears automatically after 7 business days, unless the item isn’t scanned in transit within 21 days. This system allows us to reserve your new item immediately and ship it straight to you—no waiting for the return to arrive first.
The $9.99 deduction you saw is our return handling fee for refunds. This fee helps cover part of the costs of the return label. If store credit is chosen instead, this fee is waived and the full product value is refunded as an incentive for customers to opt for store credit instead. This approach is common across online retailers, where a small return or restocking fee is standard practice for change-of-mind returns. Don’t even bother with them
I am extremely disappointed with Muscle Nation’s customer service and sizing accuracy after purchasing countless items from this brand.
Despite paying for express postage, my order took 10 days to arrive. Once received, the issues only escalated. Based on Muscle Nation’s online sizing guide, I was advised to purchase a XXXL. However, when the items arrived and I tried them on, I was actually an XL in their clothing. That is a two-size difference, making the sizing guide completely unreliable and misleading.
(For comparison, I am consistently a Medium in brands such as LSKD and Lorna Jane, which makes the Muscle Nation sizing even more confusing and inconsistent).
To add salt to the wounds, in order to return and get an exchange size sent back to me, I was charged an additional $9.99 delivery fee, despite the sizing error being based on their own sizing recommendations!!
After returning the items for an exchange, which were only tried on briefly for size, I received an email claiming the items were “soiled.” This is simply untrue. Accusing customers of returning dirty items when they’ve only tried them on is unacceptable and feels like an excuse to refuse a refund.
Between the delayed express shipping, grossly inaccurate sizing advice, additional $9.99 delivery fee for an exchange, and unfair return practices, this experience has completely eroded my trust in the brand. I will not be purchasing again and would strongly caution others before ordering online.

In regard to sizing, we have reviewed your order history and correspondence and were unable to locate any prior contact requesting personalised sizing assistance before purchase. Our size guide is designed as a general reference, however we do understand that fit and preference can vary between brands and styles, which can sometimes make online sizing feel tricky.
Regarding shipping, your order was placed during our holiday closure period. At the time of purchase, a notice was displayed at checkout advising that dispatch would recommence from January 5 and that there would be a 5–8 business day dispatch delay due to the backlog. We can see your order was shipped on January 6, which was within the advised timeframe communicated prior to purchase.
With respect to your return, we did reach out directly during the assessment process and provided clear images showing the condition the items were received in. While we absolutely understand this may not have been intentional, the garments showed an excessive amount of pet fur, hair, and signs of wear. Due to hygiene standards, and out of consideration for customers who have allergies to pet hair, we’re unable to accept items back into stock once they are returned in this condition.
All returns are assessed in line with our Returns Policy, which is agreed to when lodging a return. Items must be in original condition, unworn, and free from marks, odours, hair, or damage to be approved for exchange or refund.
We understand this outcome may be frustrating, however our team has followed the same policy and hygiene standards we apply to every return to ensure fairness and safety for all customers.

Protein Bars and Protein Custard
High Protein Choc Brownie flavoured protein bars I would give 10/10. It just hits the spot. High protein cookies and cream, 9/10 (gotta prefer one over the other).
As for the vanilla protein custard, probably 8/10 because it’s new to me and I’m not used to how to get it to the right consistency.
BUT, I left it in the fridge for an extra day, and the consistency and flavour reminded me of vanilla slice filling! That was awesome!
Can’t wait to try more of your products, keep going with what you’re doing!
