I just started in February

I just started in February. I started out using it n then waiting 3 days for about 3 weeks n then every 2 days. As im older I did not want peeling My skin is softer n I now use it every other day n so far so good. My skin is softer n im pleased.

worth the purchase

I was a little worried about purchasing this product. My concerns were how hard is it to order? what product should I order? Will it work? To my surprise it was easy to order. A doctor actually can adjust your product to suit you, and after a few weeks I did see an improvement to my skin. You have to do check-ins with the E-nurse with concerns, which are answered by a bot, however in hindsight the answers given were correct. So far the experience has been great.

The customer service is top notch

The customer service is top notch - very helpful and responsive. I found that placing my order was very easy, and there’s a whole community of help and support through the app. I think I just have really tough, stubborn facial hair that needs more attention than a topical cream.

Five stars for customer service within…

Five stars for customer service within the company, they are great at responding quickly to your questions and providing helpful answers.
A loss of two stars because I had a defective bottle and they wouldn't replace it because it had been more than 30 days since I had received it. They tend to come earlier than I need, so I didn't even think to test the bottle when I got it even if I didn't need it yet. So just a heads up, test your bottles when they arrive to make sure they work! And I do understand that you can adjust the arrival of your bottle, but it's hard to get that down to a perfect science. :) still, I recommend this company and the product, just test your bottles when they arrive!

Bad business practices AND Product left my skin very very dry

Product left my skin very very dry. Tried it for two weeks and I had flakes all over. Their 'guarantee' is only good if you use it for 60 days. Why would you do that for something that is making your skin flake off and be very itchy after two weeks? Plus their website makes it EXTREMELY difficult to get help from a real person or find how to cancel. Bad business practice and deceptive.

Does not disappoint

I used the spot cream for several months. It does deliver what it claims. In addition to that, my skin overall looks fresher and brighter. I did peel off several layers over time and softer skin replaced that dull look I had before. I will definitely be trying their other products as well.

Not so great customer service

It took so long to get my order because I was given the wrong tracking number. It was hard to get in contact with Musely, I think it's time they set up a phone number with customer service agents. Also I ordered 2 month supply and only got 1. Still waiting for a response from them. I can't say about the product yet because I just received it today, but I'm hopeful.

This works!

I’ve recently started using “no more needles” and so far, I love it! I have seen improvement with my wrinkles and will continue to use consistently. I look forward to seeing continued improvement. The Hydro Biotic cream is heaven! Makes my skin so smooth and hydrated. Love it!!!

I have some really stubborn dark spots…

I have some really stubborn dark spots on my face that have been there for 40 years or more. I’ve tried every OTC product I could find with no results. I’ve been using the Spot Cream for four months now, and I’m finally seeing improvement. Some people see results sooner, but I think it took me longer because my spots have been there for so long. I’m in this for as long as it takes to get rid of these spots that I have hated most of my adult life. The Musely support team is quick to respond and help if you have any problems.

Great communication

The communication between customer service and the doctor have been outstanding. I recently started the products so I’m still not sure on how they will work but I know they take time to do the job and ingredients look good plus shipping was quick.

This company is an absolute SCAM!!

This company is an absolute SCAM!!! Their website will not let you cancel their subscription they have no customer service number or email for support. They advertise a 60 money back guarantee on their website yet nowhere does it say how to process it. It’s all a SCAM! I had to cancel my card for them to stop billing me I had to go into Instagram and go on their page to have someone cancel my subscription. It’s an Absolute SCAM

I’m 76 years old

I’m 76 years old! I explained that I need to do things over the phone! I wanted to schedule a Doctors appointment so I could order shin care aging products. I went through a lot of trouble to get you to call me! Today is over 24 hours still no phone call! That was after filling out the form! Plus going through live chat.
You don’t make things easy plus you certainly don’t care that I want to start using your products!
