Fraudulent company

This company fraudulently charged my bank account on two different occasions for services that I did not sign up for. These transactions were made without my authorizations through my PayPal account. When asked by the company to provide the email used to sign up for services, I gave them my email and they told me that I didn't exist. That would be a clear indication that I was not the one to order whatever the hell it is that they sell. Sounds like a scam site to me.

After receiving a ridiculous reply from this company who repetitively asked for my credit card number which I will not provide being that this was a PayPal transaction and they even mentioned that themselves. They asked me for an email from which I subscribed from but here's a problem. I did not subscribe to anything from this garbage company. The email that I provided is the only email that I have and use for purchases. So this throws a big red flag to the point that I did not purchase anything from said company. Obviously they do not understand this. The email address hlj6913 is my deceased husband's email address which is not in use, so let's try again. Furthermore, displaying emails that you do not have permission to display is also a big problem. I will be taking this matter to legal counsel now.

We are sorry that this situation has caused frustration. However, we would like to clarify several important points, as the review does not fully reflect the support process or the information that was available to our team at the time.

When you first contacted us, our team tried to locate the purchase using the details you provided. The email address shared with support was not connected to any account or active subscription in our system. For that reason, we were unable to identify the correct purchase at that stage.

Our team asked for the email address associated with the subscription, or any other details that could help us locate the transaction, because this is required to verify a payment safely and correctly. We cannot control or determine which email address a customer uses when signing up, creating an account, or completing a payment through PayPal. If a different email address is used during the purchase, we cannot locate the account using an unrelated email address.

It is also important to clarify that the customer is responsible for the email address used during registration or payment. If a subscription is registered under a different email address, it means that this email was entered, selected, or linked during the sign-up or payment process. In such cases, searching by another email address, even if it is the email the customer usually uses, will not allow us to find the correct account.

We also want to clarify that our support team did not ignore your request. We repeatedly asked whether another email address could have been used for the subscription, precisely because the information initially provided did not match any account in our system. That information was not provided during the original support conversation, which prevented us from locating the correct account sooner.

At the same time, there appears to be an inconsistency in the information provided. In your review, you stated that the email connected to the subscription was not used by you. However, the same account details were later connected to the public review/reference information, which allowed us to identify the relevant subscription and review the charges. This is why it is important to provide the exact subscription email when contacting support.

Once we were able to identify the correct account, we reviewed the charges and confirmed that they were connected to an active subscription in our system. Even so, in order to resolve the matter and avoid further inconvenience, we processed a full refund for the disputed charges as a goodwill resolution.

For this reason, we do not believe it is accurate to describe the situation as if our company refused to help or knowingly charged an account without any attempt to investigate. The delay happened because the information initially provided did not allow us to locate the correct subscription. Once the correct account was identified, the case was reviewed and the refund was processed.

We understand that this was a frustrating experience for you, but we strongly disagree with the description of our company as fraudulent or a scam. Our team followed the verification process needed to locate the transaction, protect account security, and resolve the issue once the correct account information became available.
