I Must admit, I'm not a fan of on-line buying, that's what shops are for. However specialist Items like fine wines are a different matter.
First time buying wine on-line, whilst one item was out of stock, a suitable replacement was offered, no questions asked. The customer service was exactly as it should be, polite & seamless.....Thank you, I'll be in touch soon.

My second delivery of delicious wine…
My second delivery of delicious wine from Museum Wines. On this occasion there were some problems with the delivery, which took 8 days, (otherwise it would have been 5 stars). However, now I am reunited with my wine, it is utterly delicious, so i will need to be ordering more very soon! Miss Molly Chardonnay is the perfect summer wine and goes with everything or great on its own

Sometimes you only find out how good a company is when there is a problem. In this case a delivery problem, not of Museum wines making however Museum Wines dealt with the problem wonderfully well not just sending out the wine twice but then sending it out a third time with another courier to ensure we would receive our order.
