Great customer service, even given Brexit challenges
Daniel and his team have been fantastic. I've ordered a few wines from Museum Wines, both for myself and a gifts for friends. The wines usually arrived as planned, except recently when send a gift to a friend in Ireland. Unfortunately due to Brexit, the order had to be returned. Daniel and his team followed up on the order and also sent me replacement wines. Great customer service.
