I found a wine merchant in the U.K. who stocked 3 bottles of my daughter’s favourite South African wine. I ordered but unfortunately these were no longer on thei system - already sold. I received an immediate notice of this from Daniel who offered me a more expensive (and even better wine in his opinion!) to which I agreed. The delivery was made on the correct date and time and I received a thank you email from the company. It is always good to recommend a company going the extra mile to provide excellent service.

Excellent communication with the MD of the business when there was an issue with payment .( No fault whatsoever with Museum Wines) Even though the issue was not resolved satisfactorily, the wines were delivered such that I cannot fault either the wines or the overall service.

Never ordered from this company previously, however saw them as recommended by the wine producers themselves (via facebook) in an attempt to promote the South African wine industry duing the current pandemic. They offered a very prompt service and also competitive prices. When one of the wines we ordered was going to have a small delay, they called me to apologies, and instead offered an 'own label' alternative and expedited delivery by way of 'compensation'. Great service. Will use again.

I made an online order for 12 bottles which could not be fulfilled entirely, so I was delighted to receive a call with a suggested alternative. Also the subsequent follow up to check my feedback regarding the 1 alternative bottle was a nice personal touch.
