I ordered a ready to ship item on the 19th feb 2026. They committed to ship by the 24th. I ordered ready to ship so i could get it well in time. But even after constant follow up they did not ship even around that time. One of their consultant let it slip that they were hammered with sudden Eid orders. Around 12th March i msged i no longer wanted the items as and i wanted my refund back. They shipped it on the 15th of march.

I have not accepted the parcel. As it was being delivered on the 26th of march... now they are only willing to give me store credit for 1/2 the amount i paid

I usually do not leave bad reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. This was one of the worst purchases I have ever made. The dress was advertised as ready to ship when I placed my order, which is exactly why I bought it. However, it was not shipped until two weeks later.

I also paid extra for a matching pouch and scarf, and neither of those items were included in my package. On top of the shipping delay and missing items, the quality of the dress itself was extremely disappointing. The material felt cheap, and the embroidery was poorly done.

Overall, I feel misled by the listing and very dissatisfied with both the service and the product quality.

From the onset the service was impeccable. Ongoing communication and updates. Very personal service that is so different to the usual online shopping. It was amazing to have received a video of the dress, with measurements for approval prior to it being sent. The dress arrived within the time I was advised. I am very happy with the fit and quality.
