It's my first time ordering a dress from this website, I was so nervous when I placed my order.It was so incredible how the team reached out to me after placing my order and made me feel so special and comfortable every step of the way the team would send me text messages, voice recording letting me know what's going on and keeping me updated They even asked me to double check if my address and other information was correct and I also got a video of my dress and how they measured everything. To get glimpse of my dress I was filled with so much excitement. They really put their customers/client first. They even reassured me I'll get my dress on time and shipping only takes a few days.. found my forever website to buy clothes and my style!!!!!!! Also Saba was so amazing she’s so kind she was the one giving me all the updates such a beautiful kind person, she really made this an amazing experience.

I ordered a ready to ship item on the 19th feb 2026. They committed to ship by the 24th. I ordered ready to ship so i could get it well in time. But even after constant follow up they did not ship even around that time. One of their consultant let it slip that they were hammered with sudden Eid orders. Around 12th March i msged i no longer wanted the items as and i wanted my refund back. They shipped it on the 15th of march.

I have not accepted the parcel. As it was being delivered on the 26th of march... now they are only willing to give me store credit for 1/2 the amount i paid

I want to share my experience with Musferah Saad because I think it’s worth telling the full story. My very first order didn’t go to plan and there were some issues with the outfits that left me frustrated. But since the change in management, things have genuinely improved and they made a real effort to fix everything and make it right.
A very special mention goes to their representative Saba who was an absolute pleasure to deal with. So kind, patient and helpful throughout the whole process. She really went above and beyond and made me feel like a valued customer.
