I had the most amazing experience. I needed a dress I ordered for my honeymoon and didn’t realise it would require a 6 week period to make the dress. They were very understanding and accommodating and managed to make and ship out the dress to me within a week. I would definately order from them again.

A scam, please do not order from this brand. We paid for express 5-7 day shipping for the order to arrive over a month late for an urgent "ready-to-ship" item.

Customer service repeatedly ignored my messages on various platforms to get in touch, and would either leave me on read, or simply not open them for weeks. Abysmal service, product quality, and ordering experience.

The quality of fabric was incredibly cheap and visibly unwearable, with visible plastic beading that looked tacky. Somehow it looks worse than costume jewelry in person. The dupatta fabric is laughable.

You cannot wear this in a setting where anyone has even an ounce of knowledge about fabric or craftsmanship.

Absolutely not worth the $300+ tag, spend your money elsewhere, and the price for that specific item has increased from $305 to $335 on their website.

Best customer service I have ever received from a Pakistani brand. I’ve honestly never been more satisfied. They went above and beyond to get my order to me extra early because I told them I urgently needed it as I was going to be traveling. Literally worked with me so much I’m so greatful!
