Scam. I would give 0 stars if I could. After the initial purchase, this company continues to take payments from your account

Cheap! Cheap! Cheap! I was lucky....the 3 I ordered ended up being FREE. When I couldn't cancel the so called Promo Special, I immediately locked my card...within 3 minutes of ordering. Apparently they shipped mine and THEN (tried to) ran my CC. Surprise!!! 🤣🤣🤣👎👎👎👎👎

The mushplushies.com website will steal your money. When you buy something, they offer you something at a discount. However, when you accept that discounted offer, not only do they charge the full price, they add additional shipping costs and nearly 50% "taxes". Don't bother trying to cancel the purchase, they won't let you.

Same as everyone else, my wife bought a dancing cactus on mushplushies.eu (same content as mushplushies.co) and ended up getting charged for a 'subscription' on dalesshop.co. We then noticed another dodgy payment to manstyle-emporium.com which is likely related to this scam. About $200 down by the time we realised.

This is a fraudulent business. Stated product was coming from Ohio, but no, from China. Canceled the order but no response. 8 days later I find another charge for 2 more of the same item. I will get credit on both charges AND cancel.the card........but YOU.......watch your credit cards !!

There products are defective and their website has no phone number. It does give you a form to fill out but it only gives you a automated response, and they say all sales are final with no refund under any circumstances

I finally received the otter after waiting over a month, in that month they took a subscription fee over $60 out of my bank which I DID NOT agree to! Which I had cancel my card to stop them from taking more money!
The otter doesn't even work and I'm surprised it even turned up.
This company needs to be shut down.😡😡😡

This was one scary purchase. TLDRv I did end up receiving my items from mushplushie (surprisingly). It took over a month and I cancelled my credit card because I thought I'd been scammed - I read reviews after making a christmas purchase. I'm glad I did cancel it based on others experiences. I'll never buy from unknown websites ever again. I think I got lucky this time. Two stars because I did recieve the items albeit re-wrapped by Australia Post because it arrived in Australia ripped open. I'm wondering if illegal items are shipped with orders and intercepted along the way?? Anyway, the items are cheaply made bootlegs of the original product - the soothing beaver/bear.
Don't buy from mushieplushies unless you want to be on the edge of your seat and stressed out. Ugh

Do not buy from this people I order back in November and my order still stock in LA🤣🤣🤣is a joke thief’s but will get cut up. Do not order or say good by to your money. I have try email tracking number nothing is working…

This is a follow up from my last review!! Not only did it take almost 2 months to get my ordered delivered. When I did finally get it. I only got 1 of the 3 items I ordered, they were all listed under the same tracking number, so when I tried to track the missing items, it shows they were delivered, went to post office and they couldn't help either, because this company never shipped the items I ordered , and Paid for!! This business is a scam!! Do not order from here, you will be disappointed like me, and lose your money, and by the way, I've also sent emails to mushplushie, and still, weeks later, no response from them!!!

I have emailed them every day for 3 weeks and still no reply! The tracking is in sane spot yet updates each day to same location as every other day! How can i get my money back? Can anyone please help

So I paid about $150 AUD for one item that looks like it’s from Temu

Apparently when you check out you click a box to “subscribe” to their website (which I did not do) and every month they take out odd amounts of money from your account.

The first “subscription” payment I emailed customer service and they advised they would cancel the subscription and reimburse the $65 charge and left it at that. I still have not received the reimbursement and the following month they charged $48 to my card again. Another email was sent to customer service with no reply and I doubt they will ever reply or give me my money back so I have to cancel my card so it doesn’t happen again.

Who ever owns this website is not an ethical person and the products are not worth it.

I've been waiting almost a month for my order. I ordered the day after Thanksgiving, thinking that would be plenty of shipping time. Here it is Christmas Eve and still no delivery. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE

Myone MushPlushie arrived quite quickly ( Hong Kong to Perth WA) I was excited.
Looking for instructions I checked the reviews!! The product just meets one star. Mine has to be repaired as one of the seams had split, the product arrived with no receipt, no information, poorly packaged. I ended up paying $64 AU, a huge shock. Useless gift.

It's a scam. They charge you for items you don't get. Then you will be charged for things that you don't even order or give permission for. I had to cancel my card because of them.

RECEIVED THE 3 MUSHPLUSHIES THAT I ORDERED TOOK FOREVER TO GET THEM THEN THEY DO NOT WORK. THE ON OFF BUTTON IN THE BATTERY BOX IS NOT THERE. HAVE SENT THEM EMAILS AND THEY RESPONDED WITH WANTING MORE INFO FROM ME LIKE THE CARD NUMBER I USED. DID NOT GIVE IT TO THEM HAD ALREADY GIVEN THEM THE ORDER # THAT IS ALL THEY SHOULD NEED. A BUNCH OF US HAVE BEEN SCAMMED BY THEM.

Scammed. Ordered Nov 18. Keeps saying my order is in Illinois waiting to go to USPS. Keeps changing the date. Reaching one month. I've been ripped off. Do not order from them. Today is Dec 17. They are an overseas company. Time for the U S Attorney's office to get involved.

I ordered from this company MushPlushie or lushieplushie on 11-18 and they charged me again on 11-29th and still haven’t received my plushies and we’re already a month in!
Sad how these companies can get away with it!!
