I had difficulty and a time-consuming interaction with the repairer of a specialist string instrument. Jamie Hammond who managed the claim was patient, in regular and pleasant contact throughout the process and made the experience with your company a positive one.
All good ( I have never made a claim) but would prefer a full, detailed inventory (ie. name and serial no. of item) rather than the summarised amount for each category.
This was the first time I have had to make a claim and can I say how well your staff ie Sharon dealt with my claim, however I do hope that I don’t have to claim ever again.
Unfortunately we had a theft of a load of music kit a couple of months ago. Musicguard were very quick to respond and the whole claim process was smooth.
Hopefully we don't need to use them again for a while but it was good to know they're able to support you when you need it.
