Everything I receive is great quality and at a great price. They send out orders pretty quick and I receive my products within a reasonable amount of time. The whole process is easy and worry free.

Their store on amazon sent me the wrong part, the return process involves having to print labels and go to a DHL depot, so convoluted for a $20 item, just send the correct part in the first place, I'm not buying a printer to return an item.
I'm not jumping through hoops for someone else's mistake, I'll just give the part away and buy genuine parts.

About what I expected. Got two licensed Floyd Rose II style tremolo units around Xmas last year. Both work great, but not as a floating setup as the metal isn't as well hardened. Aldo wish they had more block sizes available other than the 32mm and nut sizes other than a 12" radius R3....but that could have been sn Amazon limitation.

item arrived late, which i can forgive, but it was the wrong size. The packaging was mislabelled, 5mm in a bag that said 6mm, so this mistake goes all the way back up the chain to their supplier. will not be buying from these guys again.

I recently bought four complete sets of Musiclily sealed tuning machines for Fender guitars, model number MX1540CR-6, on eBay, all four sets of tuners had backlash, these are brand-new tuners, and they are just cheap garbage, Do Not Buy These, for the amount of money I paid for them they are a complete rip-off, I'm never buying anything from Musiclily ever again, they should be put out of business for good.

Took money out of my account without my consent. I have not subscribed or entered into any financial agreement with this company.

I had been using this company for over year and had some issues with a few orders arriving damaged or broken. These items were replaced and I moved on. But recently I had an issue with an order again and was treated poorly. Customer service made me feel stupid and a annoyance for bringing a very minor quality control issue to their attention. I did not ask for a refund nor a replacement. I had been promoting this company and recommending their products for months. Was told I was a valued customer. I had invested a lot of money into their products over the course of a year. Making purchases about once a week. Never had an issue once till now and the experience has made me stop all purchases and I will not recommend this company any longer. I didn't believe the vast reviews I had read about others having a poor experience with customer service, until it happened to me. Now I know what others have dealt with and it's a shame. Products ordered were damaged or broken upon recieved. Almost all products had to be fixed or repaired in some small way in order to use items. Buyer beware.

I order $48 worth of parts in March 2021..never got goods. Never received any information about the order...they took my money, and refuse to refund me or talk to me about it...PayPal won't refund me either...until this, I never had a problem. Now, I won't use them again

I didn't purchase anything but $80 Was taken out of my account. Please explain!!

I bought a couple of harmonicas and some parts for my guitar. The harps were a Huang Harpmaster and a Kaine Octave. The price of each was amazingly cheap given the high quality. Each feels and plays way above its price - where else are you going to get an octave harp for a few pounds? The guitar parts were quality products too but costing a fifth of the price elsewhere. The service was fast and efficient with a good parcel tracking system in place. In future when I need music stuff I'll look up Musiclily first!

Cheap parts are available from anywhere on ebay, the difference with Musiclily is that you can trust that you will receive top quality products that they have personally selected. The goods have always been of the highest quality and our orders are always shipped very quickly.

Musiclily customer service is second to none; this gives me a great deal of confidence in their ability to act on our behalf. Going forward, our planned growth will definitely include Musiclily as a prime supplier.

I came up short on some screws on a project so I went on line and found this site. I ordered a pack of 10 in every size I might need, plus some cheap tuners, a capo and other small parts. I did not have great expectations but at the price what the heck. Two weeks later my parts arrive. I was very surprised with the quality of everything! There was a pack of screws missing so I replied to the email and received a reply within minutes. Very polite, very helpful and within hours my missing parts were on the way.
