No refunds

Something went wrong when ordering on their website. Because of that I paid for shipping costs which should have been free. But they refuse to refund the shipping cost only giving me free shipping for the next order.

Their mistake but I need to pay for it.

Great for buying vinyls

I've been a regular customer for vinyls for a while, shipping is always fast and reliable and the pre-ordered vinyls always come on time too. Nice store exclusives, good selection. My favourite store in Belgium!

Nightmare

They don't respond to emails. The package was poorly packaged, and the discs inside were not secured in any way! They were loose in the box. The package arrived torn! Never again will I buy from this store.

No response/no customer service

They misslabeled the adress sticker so the parcel couldn't be delievered and went into nirvana on the way back. I have sent several E-Mails asking for help/a solution to solve this. Never got a personal response.

Being dissatisfied with not taken seriously and not helped I then decided to cancel my order. Also was looking for a response this time. The only thing I got was a auto generated E-Mail from DHL with a "return to sender label". The thing is, how am I supposed to send it back when I never got it in the first place?!

Website says they are happy to help and will respond with issues within 24hours. There was no useful or response within a week.

Also, I would have waited with this review a bit longer, but since the website is sending/bothering me with their second reminder of "rate your shopping experience". Here it is.

Me and my wife got thé same LP without knowing it.
We wanted thé send one back.
We got a mail with thé text: we are going to send you a new mail with thé retour label...
Never got it.
I send a new mail... Dient get that mail with thé retour label...
No answer 😔

There is a pressing error on Ringo Starr's 'Crooked Boy' LP.

I have been ordering vinyl records from Musicstation for several years. This time, I ordered Ringo Starr's LP, Crooked Boy. When I took the record out of its sleeve, I noticed a blurry layer on both sides of the record, along with a number of scratches. The record sounds fine when played, so it is clear that these imperfections are a pressing error. I could return the record to Musicstation, but that would cost me money and time. Hopefully, this is an isolated incident with my purchases from Musicstation. Eric Van Hool – Sint-Pauwels, Belgium
