MINI keys

I could not see of the product description that the keyboard has mini keys.
That was a big negativ surprise when I unpacked it. It should have been clearly marked.
However, I manage to play it and I think I keep it.

Excellent!

I bought a Slick guitar from them, which is not very easy to find in Europe, and they delivered to me (remote location in Italy) from Germany in little more than a week after buying. The guitar was carefully packed (double box with air cushioning) and looked like straight out of the factory.
I asked them about it before buying and was accompanied throughout the process by Frauke Rahmeyer, who was very nice in informing me about the shipping details and completely supporting my requests for special care and attention in handling, while giving me extra information about the state of my order. Great job!

Top class service

Top class service. Unfortunately the product i had was damaged due to it being mishandled by couriers, but the guys were very quick to resolve the issue so in that sense i cant fault them. One star removed for the couriers.
