Musitec/ Smarttek SRLS is a SCAM!!
It appears that Musitec/ Smarttek SRLS is a scam!! I ordered a product which is no longer in production but they claimed to have one in stock on their webshop and after the payment they gave me the message that the item is backordered, and that the shipping is delayed with 2 weeks. They delayed it every 2 weeks for a period of 2 months while I insisted on a refund directly after the first delay. They don't respond to my emails and questions anymore
Don't buy or order your gear here!!!

BEWARE!
This appears to be a scam website. They only accept payment by bank transfer which does not have the same consumer protection as a card transaction, the company they claim to be part of, SMARTTEK SRLS, does not exist with this spelling and the prices appear to be too good to be true.
There are a couple of five star reviews here from Italy (where this scam is based) but I suspect the only real customer reviews are the one star ones.
