I placed an order on soundtek.eu which I paid for on January 16, 2025 and they said they would ship the products on February 12, 2025. The website was suspended on February 3, 2025, having been indexed on Google since December 2024. It is clear that it is a ghost website. I want the amount paid back.
Ordered a guitar pedal that was supposedly "in stock". Credit card wasn't an option, so I paid by bank transfer. First red flag.
They then admitted that they didn't have the item in stock, but their distributor had it.
They repeatedly pushed back the date.
They also refused to refund money, pointing to their terms & conditions.
As I'm writing this, their website soundtek.eu is suspended. I'm assuming they won't start up again, but just in case...
