I placed an order online however when it didn’t turn up over a week after taking the money, I emailed the company who said they never sell this product online so was a mistake. I am hoping the refund will come quickly.

Apologies that we could not fulfil your order of 15 x tins of sardines.
As explained by email this was a bit of a glitch on our system - we don’t offer these for delivery and don’t usually sell them online, in fact there’s no way to navigate to them on the website, we didn’t know but it seems that they can be found on our site via google. This has now been fixed and we only stock and sell these in our wine bars.
We refunded within an hour of your email. The funds will be in your account as quickly as your bank allows (usually a couple of days).

I took the course package to study for the Level 2 WSET and really liked the weekly classes! Olga was very knowledgeable and made the classes interesting. I would highly recommend for other people that are interested in learning more about wine, its a great activity to do. Thanks to Olga for the lessons!

emails constantly and cancelled tickets
Continues to email me spam reviews before I have even gone for the wine tasting I have booked, which means my only interaction so far is terrible. Hope you're pleased I completed the review as requested.
Edit: in response to a bad review, instead of explaining the situation to me and asking for me to change the review and help a small business they have cancelled my tickets. To me this doesn’t show good will and has not worked to try to de-escalate the situation. They say I should have contacted them before taking action, but have now done the same to me by cancelling the tickets. Perhaps we are both better off not interacting.

The request for feedback to which you refer is an important mechanism for us to improve our service and make sure our customers are getting what they want from our products and services.
I appreciate that on this occasion you have booked tickets to a tasting and the automated feedback request has been sent to you prior to the event taking place. I appreciate this may be annoying and I’ll try to get that fixed. However, as a small business we don’t have much IT support and can only try to rectify these niggles when customers tell us about them. It’s also worth noting that the automated emails are part of our integration with Trust Pilot so we don’t have direct control of their timings. A quick email or phone call to let us know about a minor inconvenience such as this would have been a more constructive approach allowing us an opportunity to look into the issue, before reviewing our services.
As a hospitality business, our primary objective is for our customers to have a great time in our shop - and hopefully learn something in the process. As this now feels unlikely to be the case for you, and I would hate for it to negatively impact the experience of other paying customers, I have cancelled your tickets and issued a full refund as a gesture of goodwill.
