My experience working with Sian has been completely 5 stars through the whole process. I had a unique case as i was in a Let-to-buy situation with adverse credit. Sian went above and beyond to secure me the best possible outcome. Sian not only dealt with the lenders but was also having to deal with the estate agents constantly requesting updates.
