The MA website is sometimes functional but at other times unresponsive. Needs work.
I am also an artist, professional photograper with publications, showings at Nikon House and others, but also have created detailed surreal works in oil on canvas, pencil drawings and photographs equal or better than many artworks shown. This is not in my own grandiose self opinion, but in the opinion of the general observer, other artists and art lovers. am put off and disregarded as V Van Gogh in his lifetime, to name an obvious mistake. Something should change. The art world and thus Mutual (as well) are too biased, solipsistic, self centered & elitist to accept new talent, If it doesn’t fit the usual story in the art world.

Need clearer guidelines
I've had various issues getting into MA to start with. Instructions from other people on the internet (not MA's fault) are inaccurate.
Anyhow, I lost out on a piece that I really wanted because your information stated it was a 3 day auction so like a dummy, I figured I had until the 3rd day to up my bid and get competitive. On morning 2, I checked in to see how the bidding was going and see that the lot was sold on the first day.
I'm unclear why that is.

We understand the auction's name mentioned a 3-day duration, which may have been confusing, but information was provided directly by the auction house, so it's unfortunately outside our control.

You have to join Mutual Art before you can find out if the work pictured is still available!
I do not like to be forrced to pay and join a company site to just get the most minimal information about buying a product.
I wanted to find out if I could please be notified if one of my works of art has been offered for sale on your site. Is it possible for you to notify me when you offer one of my paintings for sale. I would like the opportunity to buy my own work.
BTW, the Balanise dancers you attribute to me is definitely not something created by me.

We appreciate that not everyone will feel a subscription is right for them, particularly when some information can be found elsewhere online.
