12 days after my purchased I received an Email telling me they didn’t have the item in stock.
To start a bad manage of their web site and extremely bad customer service.

Will never deal with again. Ordered size 8 leather jacket. Received order confirmation. After few days received call from customer service. No size 8 available only Size10. I agreed to try it on after the assurance by the customer service representative that I could return if not suitable. I now discover that I have to pay to return it. In total postage has cost me £15 for an item I didn’t order. Very Poor and will shop elsewhere

I've ordered a leather jacket, but unfortunately it's was a bit too small for me. The quality of the jacket was perfect, and the delivery went smooths. Currently I'm waiting for the exchange, hope it's going to be as smooths as the first receiving.

Great got my parcel intact! even if they struggled at first to find my address because it was incomplete.. (my fault) but there i saw how efficient they are with this mishaps.. They did everything to reach me..through email and mobile. The only thing i didnt like is the parcel was in a plastic bag which made my leather jacket creased and a bit wrinkled.. But its a small issue that maybe would help to improve their packaging next time. Thanks again!

Tried to buy a jacket two times! Both times it was cancelled by muubaa saying they’re out of stock. The website still shows as having both in stock. Very poor, my girlfriend didn’t get her Christmas present.

I have ordered few times from Muubaa and for delivery the experience has been very good so far even they mention on their website due to high volume of orders the delivery might take longer which is not the case but where they fail on big time is their awful customer service. If the clothing is perfect they have a happy customer unless you receive a faulty item and takes a month to get a refund which it happened to me. They say will ring and never do, they don’t suggest another option in my case I was the one persisting on exchange, kept emailing, phoning to no avail. Asked them questions electronically about fit or exchange they never answer what you asked them and at the end I just gave up on them. For such a dear prices they could do better with themselves if they attend online customer service course. Just a suggestion.

The one jacket I ordered,I gave it to a friend of mine as a gift,but it was a faulty One (!!)
I understood that when the girl tried it.One shoulder was bigger than the other
I contacted them,I explained the problem and they accepted to change it
But
But but
They did not.they refunded me though
This really disappointed me because via emails we arranged the replacement of the jacket but they did not.
So I contacted them again,I told them the new issue and they only apologized .no word for the replacement

I bought 4 jackets for them but the last one order leads me to believe that on Black Friday sales they have faulty products online

All good, jacket is smaller than I expected but quality is high.

I paid 20 USD to ship a jacket to the U.S. The jacket arrived in a shipping sleeve rather than a box, so it was in in very poor condition. I emailed Muubaa to explain the situation, and the customer service representative responded said “Sorry. You can return it to...” He included a UK return shipping address. I emailed again explaining that I was not going to pay to return the jacket to the UK because Muubaa had packed it carelessly. He then responded with a US return shipping address. Finally after I explained a third time and emailed several more times he looked into a solution. Over a week later he was still waiting on his supervisors. Finally he said he would send a return shipping label, but it came through some kind of bird party logistical service after even more back-and-forth. Would never buy anything directly from Muubaa again.

This is my 4th jacket from Muubaa over a period of about 7 years.
I love my modified more of a classic refined version of a motorcycle jacket in black leather that just arrived today. Today in Venice California it is the first cold day of the winter i am not taking it off I even took a nap in it! The leather is so soft in this version plus my vintage home is drafty :) and cold.
