Quick delivery. Very happy with jacket

I've made 3 purchases in total with MUUBAA and unfortunately each jacket I've received is very poor quality for their retail price.

Do not buy from this company if you want your leather jackets to last. You are better off shopping at All Saints or Bodaskins.

Beautiful stylish jacket, brilliant quality, love it!

It was quite fast receiving the jacket. And the quality of product is good and perfect. But I just choiced the wrong size and have sent it back to exchange the size. Hope can receive the replacement soon..

I don't leave bad reviews...its not my style. But I haven't had a good experience so need to be honest. I 'bought' a jacket from the site in the sale. It was a big purchase for me even though it was a sale item. A day after I made the purchase I got an email to say they didn't have that jacket to send to me. Problems with their site they said. But they had taken the money out anyway (usually companies take the money when they dispatch the item). It took a couple of days for the money to come back in to my account, by which time my second choice from a different retailer was sold out. So I am not commenting on the quality of the goods...which I hear are great, just my experience. #gutted

So excited to receive my new leather jacket.
It arrived in three days and fitted like a glove.
Leather is super soft and sooo comfortable.
Love it!

Custermer services should strengthen the inventory check onlineshop.

I ordered two jackes.After three days custermer services mailed that one jacket is out of stock, and you can change the same price jacket.They didn't sell the same price jacket,so I felt it is rude. The same day they mailed that they will send a jacket TODAY. I checked online shop, they sold the SAME JACKET they said out of stock onlineshop.I was so tired to faight against custermer services, so I cancelled all of my orders.They refunded speedy, so I appreciate it. However I don't feel tempting to buy any jackets from them.
Both I and custermer services spend much time, but getting nothing.

Muubaa dont update their website when goods are no longer available, I bought then was swiftly refunded an item a week ago, checking just now item ia still listed as purchaseable.

Thew were very helpful and replied to my all my emails very quickly.

They will happily take your money and then tell you that the item is unavailable. The item I tried to buy is STILL showing as in stock 4 days later. They are taking people’s money knowing they have nothing to give them in return. Such a shame, great jackets but shocking service. Buy elsewhere.

Good communication but website stock displayed needs more attention.
Ordered a jacket only to be recieve an email that it was out of stock. It was still 'in stock' after my recieved email & could add to bag & purchase again.

The jacket was fine and good quality but I paid £7 for next day delivery and received it 3 days later. I emailed them to complain and find out where it is. I had no answer so ordered from somewhere else so I could have a jacket for the day I needed it for. 10 days later and still no email back from Customer Services. Unfortunately I will be returning the jacket and will not buy from them again.

The company sells really stylish jackets in a variety of colors. They also have really good sales! The shipping from the U.K. to my home in the States was pretty fast too!

Hi, I paid for the leather jacket 258 pounds with all the customs. What I received was terrifying, I have 3 leather jackets from them but this time the 4th product is awful! It looks like the cheapest leather jacket I could find on Chinese fake markets. There was no package there was no even a wrapping bag only DHL plastic package without any protection in there. Before I bought 2 jackets directly from their website, and they were hung on the hangers and in nice wrapping and bag, so I didn't have any hesitation that I won't be disappointed. I bought their jackets in 2014 from ASOS, 2015 AND 2016 from their website, but this year it looks like their company is a Chinese fraud!!! I want my money back! I paid 41% of customs fee to DHL!

very poor service, let yuo order stuff they dont have in stock then wait 5 days to get a refund

The leather jacket delivered to me came without the cloth bag and the front of the jacket (colour stone - a very light colour) had two very prominent ink marks (from a ball pen). I am very disappointed considering I had it shipped to India and was ready to pay (I paid and extra GBP60) extra in customs duty to receive the item.

Unbelievable quality and great value. i feel a million dollars in my Muubaa jacket
