Update System

I ordered a jacket that I had really liked and it showed that it was available and allowed me to purchase it however a day or two after I had purchased I had received an email stating that it was longer in stock. Which was disheartening because I was looking forward to my new purchase. They need to incorporate a new system that will prevent this from happening to others in the future

Lack of professionalism and customer service

I have a Muubaa dress purchased from Asos which I love, but my first experience shopping from the Muubaa website has not gone well. The skirt I ordered was poorly cut and sizing was off (tiny in the waist, huge in the hips), and it arrived badly creased, having been completely inadequately packed - there was no protective wrapping or proper packaging at all, just a large external plastic bag into which the skirt had been thrown, along with an incredibly tatty packing slip. I have returned the skirt but have been unable to contact customer services - emails go unanswered and after a recorded message the phone line goes dead. Along with Muubaa's policy on returns - forcing customers to pay return postage is unusual these days - it all adds up to a level of unprofessionalism that seems strange for an established label. Nor are the goods cheap - the skirt cost £150 - which makes the sloppiness inexcusable. I hope that, unlike others posting here, I won't be left waiting for my refund indefinitely, since it's hardly reassuring that the company are so difficult to get in touch with. Time will tell. But unless Muubaa get their act together I can't imagine I'll be ordering from the website again and I can't recommend it.

Attempted to exchange jacket

I have returned a jacket for a different size, and despite following up with customer service twice, I have heard nothing back. This is unacceptable service for the amount spent on this jacket.

customer service is non existent

I've tried to call customer services on numerous occasions, I've written emails from my personal email and sent an email in a form from their website and I've still not had a single response to my return that I sent by special delivery 20 days ago. I know the jacket had been received but my account hasn't been credited nor has anyone informed me as to when it will be. I can't find anyone to speak to about it. I purchased a jacket from Muubaa because I love the jacket I already had and wanted another one but the fit this time wasn't good, much like their customer service.

Confusing pricing model

Website was easy to use but - the item i purchased was more than double the price of a similar item in a slightly darker colour, which wasn't available in my size.

I ordered a leather jacket as a gift …

I ordered a leather jacket as a gift for a birthday tomorrow, for over £250. I opted for one-day delivery and specifically chose this website because that option was available. I cannot get through as the phone lines are not in use, the couriers mentioned on the website say they have no knowledge of working with Muubaa, and my emails have not been responded to. I'm at a loss and very confused because their merchandise is stocked by department stores so I assumed it was all legitimate. I will take these comments back of course if my purchase arrives or is refunded but from the lack of communication and lack of purchase, this seems unlikely.

Becky has written a response to this but I have not received an email or details of when the parcel will arrive. Becky, as I cannot get through by phone or email perhaps you could contact me here and provide details of the delivery, or provide a phone number on which we can reach you. Many thanks.

Neither of the telephone number listed on the website work, and no one has answered the customer service email address

I have returned an item a month ago and have never been credited. I have tried both numbers of the website multiple times, and have sent numerous emails without any response. THIS IS INSANE. I am owed £300. They responded to my email querying the late delivery as I had paid for next day delivery and had still not received the item a week later, and have never heard from them since this initial query.

Ridiculous customer service.

Terrible customer service with inadequate response times. Neglected to inform me of an issue with their payment processing until I contacted them about shipping. I emailed many times but when "Becky" did get back to me, it was to ask me to wire more money into a Muubaa account, and to inform her when I had done so. Extremely dodgy and unnecessary.

Never order from their website!!!!

I ordered from Muubaa website 3 weeks ago and my order has not even been shipped yet. Further more the customer service is horrible, they don't answer or tell me anything! I have no idea at this point if I can even get my money back!!!
never have I experienced this with any other shopping retailer. I have sent countless messages on fb, mail and nothing !
not to mention that their phone nr never works, no one ever picks up !
usually if there is any issue with the order, other brands even give you a discount and apologies for the inconvenience .
I lost all respect for their brand, its a scam this whole thing.

No communication

They have taken the money for a jacket I have not received. I tried to cancel the order but no one replied. Wish I had seen the last review before I ordered!
