I had a really positive experience…
I had a really positive experience using Muve for my house purchase. The whole process was completed in just 9 weeks, which I was so pleased with, and I truly feel this was because they understood my situation and genuinely cared about helping to speed things along.
A special thank you to Mohamed Rashid, who was excellent throughout. He kept me regularly updated, I received frequent calls, and he was always friendly, professional, and polite. Having someone so approachable and proactive made a stressful process much easier.
I also really liked the app, which allowed me to track progress easily and stay informed at each stage.
My only criticism was on the day of completion, while I was busy moving in, I received a call asking me to urgently pay £10 because the mortgage company had taken a fee. After all the money already transferred, it felt a little out of touch to chase such a small amount immediately on completion day, and I feel it could have waited a couple of days. Aside from that, my experience was very positive.
Overall, I would recommend Muve and appreciate all the support from the team, especially Mohamed Rashid.

Navigating the conveyancing process as a first-time buyer is daunting. We had concerns early on when our initial handler left, but Muve handled the transition professionally and got us connected with Chanuka Madawala and Shaahid Sheriff, we couldn't have been happier.
