The worse seller I ever met
The worse seller I ever met, bought a pair of monitor speakers since 26/08/24 until now still have no idea what is happening to them. Called up no one picked up the phone, emailed them the reply was they never missed my calls and have too many excuses on everything. Don't ever buy anything from this seller if you want to have any hassles.

Bought my item over a week now but…
Bought a pair of M-Audio BX8 D3 8" Powered Studio Reference Monitors over a week now but still haven't received them yet. Terrible service no communication for what was happening with order, no tracking numbers provided, didn't pick up the call at all. I never ever had any issue when buying online, this is the worse seller I ever met and wish I can get my refund.

Do not trust muzicman with your money!
I am extremely disappointed with muzicman. I did an online purchase of a Yamaha keyboard from them. It's been two months now and I am yet to receive it. Despite multiple attempts to contact them via phone and email, I have received no response.
Their lack of communication and failure to deliver the product is unacceptable. I urge anyone considering a purchase from this store to think twice. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.
